The main room features a large central lounge furnished with creamy leather banquettes and textured crocodile tiles, surrounded by an elevated dining room for more formal dining. As anticipated, steak is the main attraction with a modern twist. Location and good were great. Sadly, can't say the same for customer service experience. We are from Orlando, FL and decided to go to Atlanta for the weekend since it was my birthday (Feb 13). I was not expecting a free meal obviously but yes some type of acknowledgement from server, at least a small gesture but received zero.No intentions of going above and beyond for the customer or connection. Oh, I wrote made a note on my reservation as well as personally I informed the server myself.

Had reservations and was still seated 35 minutes after our reserved time. I guess I'll give it a pass since it was Valentine's Day. But the crowd could've been managed better. Everyone with reservations after 9:30 got seated at least 25 minutes late, with no offer of a drink while we waited. Food was great though, as usual. Server was prompt and friendly. Valet was slow retrieving our cars when we left(which was 1:30am) well after they had closed.
