Super fast and nice service! Got plain chicken tenders and chicken poppers. The crumbling and cooking was great but as for taste, make sure you get one of the more flavorful sauces to pour over them as they don't really have any flavor on their own. My 5 year old is a picky eater and doesn't like spice so they were great for him. I poured bbq sauce over mine which made them really great in the end. I think you can order them with Cajun spice which would help.

The tenders here are decent but the sizes vary a lot. Last one I got 3 tenders and one of them was so small it looked like a chicken nugget. Pretty disappointing with the prices they charge. The sauces are ok but not satisfying enough. The fries are not bad.

It's decent fried chicken!! But I would not say it is the be all and end all, you can find better. Its also pretty overpriced for what you get too. They do create some unique flavors though. Had the wrap and I should say it was pretty large.Staff are friendly and the place is very clean.

The people working there don’t listen to your order, charge your for things you don’t want, and then refuse to refund you.

Very underwhelming the chicken needs the sauce so choose your sauce wisely and they had no bathroom. Chicken fingers should be eaten with your hands but no bathroom to wash your hands is crazy. Overall ok but nothing special. Customer service was fast and good

If there were zero stars. I would rate it a Zero. Food is great HOWEVER. This location is extremely unorganized & unwelcoming. No clarity as to where a line begins and ends. Employees engaging in conversation amongst each other. This location does not represent the demographic it serves, AT ALL. Such a shame. Im sure whomever owns this business would hate to be a customer. I made a purchase and a friend went to make a purchase for herself and 6 other people. She left she was so annoyed at the mess this place is. Get it together. Chic Fil A is organized, welcoming and pleasant to do business with.

Love their Cajun fries! So many unique sauces. Try them all! Their wings are nice and crunchy. Totes worth it but beware lunch time, the line can go out the door. My suggestion, create an account and order for online pick up.

First time here. Service was quick and staff were friendly. Food was delicious. Ordered the bacon Mac sandwich with a side order of Cajun fries. Not much seating available but understandable since this area of midtown is always so busy. Definitely coming back again to try the rest of the menu options.

Service and 🐔 are both mediocre. The saving grace is the fact you can come in for about $7 and get a mid-day snack with 2 fingers. Otherwise, this chain offers little to be special.
