Ultra-rip-off bar. Level 5 is a star 5 or so.

Got completely ripped off last night at Kamata Ota City bar. Bar bill came to JPY 76,200 that right almost US$715. No menus, no prices for drinks and when I ask to pay, the list of consumption was written in Japanese, so I had no idea what I was paying. Should have just rung the police. Avoid this bar, and in particularly a bar freeloader who is called Angel and works for Qatar airlines, she befriended me at bar, and I suspect it got added to bill.
