Steve's Prince of Steaks

I’ve done all of the steak shops and this is the first time I’ve been compelled to write a review. Best cheesesteaks in Philly by a lot. Chicken with wiz or Regular Steak with american and sweet peppers. This place is elite.

I love this place! They make a craveable chicken philly for those who don't want beef.

If someone wants a great philly Cheesesteak steer clear of those two places in South Philly and find a Steve's Prince of Steaks. Grown up eating here and one or two other local joints driving over from Jersey just to get then. American cheese is melted and the steak is almost always great. Dont miss out on the Cherry soda either.

The last two times at Steve's I have been highly disappointed. There service is medicore and the guys seem more interested in socializing then cooking. The steak was just alright and the fries were warm. At least the Cherry soda was on point smh skip them and look locally for your next cheese steak

After seeing reviews stopped by to try a plain cheese steak. Sandwich and service was good.

This place is my first choice place. Of all restaurants I know I prefere it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to this restaurant. Whenever I want to go to a proper lunch, this is the place that comes straightaway to my mind. outstanding and all kinds of food and a rich cuisine.generous crew, and agreeable spirit. In addition to that, the expence is decent. I praise this restaurant with great pleasure.

THE only place I go to for cheesesteaks in Philly. I live in the suburbs and I make a drive to NE Philly just for the ‘steaks here. My husband loves the burgers, as well. Very generously portioned and delicious patties.

A good solid steak, nice flavour with the onions and cheese whiz with a soft bun. The meat itself has a bit of texture as well. It’s a little bit expensive for $11 but worth trying.

We love going out. Yesterday we came to this excellent place which we didn’t know before. We enjoyed a lovely experience there with superb meal and an experienced crew and a talented chief cook. We put this venue in our phone list and we will certainly go again very soon. Highly recommended.

It was good, I liked it. The cheesesteaks could have had more meat and the service could have been a bit more personal but it was good, clean, and nice.

Excellent steak sandwiches. Cash only. Sometimes long waiting lines generally move quickly. Outdoor seating available. Eat in or takeout.

Very disappointing as I was told they're the best but my sandwich had hardly any meat on it to the point where it was just pathetic. I can't believe I just paid $11 for it. Extremely disappointed.

The cheesesteak was moist and delicious. I was impressed with the efficiency of the staff. The food prepared fastidiously and everyone was polite and helpful. It was nice to see people smiling. I can't wait to go back.
