Really went down hill with the new owner, constant employee turnover, butter left out over night, no refrigeration, saw it with my own eyes, and there’s no “hot” bagels at Steve’s hot bagels.

Decent bagels, relatively fast service, and fair coffee. The coffee is certainly better than 7-11. A little pricey, but can't help that. It's NY, after all.

Found Steve's has fresh Rye Bread, excellent, was great for Christmas dinner

Been here 3 times over the course of a few months and very disappointed- the bagels are awesome IF the order is right, but the service we got was messed up 2 out of 3 times- burnt or wrong item on bagel, like mixing up multiple bagel orders- today was the last straw- we asked for tomato and literally there was one sliver of tomato, paper thin !!! I’m posting it on Facebook because I could not believe what I saw! Bagels are awesome like I said and that’s the only reason I’m giving 3 stars

This is my go to bagel place for two reasons 5 mins from my house and the bagels are delicious! It can get pretty crowded in here but they move things along quickly. The bagels are great, bacon egg and cheese toasted roll fantastic and baked cinnamon rolls also delicious. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the cost of cream cheese on the side. It's about 5 dollars which is not worth it! Unfortunately I like to add my own cream cheese so I always buy it. I may have to stock up on Philadelphia Veggie cream cheese as it's cheaper and tastes just the same as Steve's veggie cream cheese.
