Pizza is delicious. The appetizer is a little expensive for the amount you get. The place is super clean and nice. I wish the service was a little bit more personable. I did not get introduced to the place. This was my first visit . Not only is this a new location but brand as well. You would think the server would point out some things or show us what's good.

I get nervous when a new pizzeria opens in DC, a city already saturated with good pizza. However, Stellina breaks through it. Maybe it's because the owners are Italian, but they offer a refreshing take on pizza in the city. They handcraft each pizza and fire it in a wood-fired oven. It comes out within minutes, uncut to keep it fresh. In addition, they craft quality cocktails and make other dishes like pasta. The location itself is in a new building near Union Market a few blocks from the NoMa Metro Station. They have bar seating, outdoor seating, and plenty of indoor seats. You won't have to wait to be seated. You order up front, pay, and they bring your food to your table. It's a refreshing experience in an inviting environment with great service.

Overall pretty good, but not great. The pizza ingredients were fresh, but the dough was a bit under baked and came out soggy in the middle. The crust was burnt. Not sure how that happened - the dough thinned out after the crust which made the pie uneven I guess. The drink was refreshing and the open kitchen concept gives a fizzy vibe.

Delicious, large large menu, with authentic Italian dishes. If you don't read Italian or are not familiar with the dishes, be prepared to ask lots of questions. Staff was very nice and helpful. Would definitely eat here again. Two dishes, appetizer and tip was about $65.

The pizza is tasty but I wouldn’t recommend ordering for pick up, at least not during dinner hours. We ordered via phone and they said 35 minutes. We showed up 35 minutes later and then had to wait 40 more minutes with no where to stand and no one able give us an accurate estimate of when the pizza would be ready. Many other people were also waiting for their to go orders for as long as i was there, too. They probably shouldn’t be accepting to go orders if they are unable to handle preparing food for both eat in and take out in a reasonable amount of time.

Great service and decent food. Not as authentic as I would like. If you want real neopolitan pizza visit Memomale instead. Crocette de potata is highly recommended and so is the margarita pizza. The tiramisu is not overly sweet but lacks coffee flavour.

Really great food, and friendly staff.Affumicata Pizza: the saltiness of the speck and sweetness of the fig nicely balanced the crema on this amazing pizza.Porchetta & Funghi: Very savory and rich porchetta on fluffy bread with a nice cripsy crust brought together with a great salsa verde and mushroom to help cut through how rich the porchetta is. Housemade chips were crisp and lightly salted.Paccheri All'avellinese: High quality meat ragu and slightly al dente pasta are done amazingly well here.Bocconcini & Prosciutto: Paired well with arugla in a tangy vinagrette and warm bread.

Amazing place in DC offering great pizza and pasta dishes, at a VERY affordable price. Testament to the quality - my wife, who never finishes any meal, finished her pasta before I did and was loving the flavours. Atmosphere is very casual and friendly. Their cocktails are undervalued in my opinion, especially if you are going out afterward. Would definitely come back and visit again next time I'm in Washington DC.

Good atmosphere. The service is friendly and kind. The pizza is good when you're in the mood, it leaves a bit to be desired because it very thin (I've been told I'm a deep dish kinda guy). Go only when you know thin pizza is what your looking for. I would like to see Happy Hour prices occur here. Tap tap tap. Take my thoughts with a grain of salt.

Phenomenal restaurant & lots more than pizza! Easily some of the best Italian food in the city. And the staff was wonderful and accommodating. Loved the tuna crudo, pizza & seafood squid ink pasta.

It's been three weeks since I've eaten here and all I can think about are the amazing brussel sprouts. The pizza crust was great and the service was arguably too serviceable. I highly recommend you enjoy a meal at this establishment. Thank you🙏

We were excited to finally try this place, but unfortunately had the worst pizza ever. The crust was completely soggy. The toppings slid off. The edges of the crust were tasteless. We took a bite of the toppings with a fork...meh. The red wine was overly warm. I’m guessing it was served in a glass straight out of the dishwasher. Terrible. Manny and Olga’s...better. Even Costco cheese pizza...better. Definitely not worthy of Top 100 restaurants in DC.

A lot of options to choose from both for food and for the drinks. I tried the Italian beer that was on tap which was very good. I had the Chitarra di Pesce which is a seafood pasta with shrimp, calamari, octopus, scallops and tomato sauce. Pasta was very good and the portions were more than fair. Also tried the Cotto & Funghi and Piccante pizzas which were very good as well. While Piccante was a bit spicy, the pizzas were sized very well for one person. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Especially if you are unsure of what you would like to eat, just ask. Easy curbside parking right outside the restaurant.

Questions & Answers

Hi- Sorry for the inconvenience. What pizza did you order? We have two pizzas with no cheese on the menu. We work very hard to try to deliver an authentic Neapolitan pizza. We use gourmet ingredients and if we would cut pizzas it will be delivered to the guests with the toppings shifted around. Also for deliveries pizza quality remains better if it is not cut. We can definitely cut pizzas upon request. Thank you for your feedback and we hope to see you back soon.
