Food is very good. I don't get to go there too often because it's not that close to me...but I would if I could. The people are very nice and down to earth, so that's always a plus

Food is great but the cooks barley speak or read English so when they make a mistake they present an attitude & take it out on the customer especially if your allergic to an ingredient... So i slowed my ordering down i rarely oreder from this place now i used to go every week now once every other month.

Food good but they ghetto as hell and the customer service is horrible. If you go in the winter make sure you have in your big coat because it’s colder in the inside than outside seriously. They don’t even care enough to put a small heater in the lobby while you wait 30 mins for your food

They have some of the best Philly cheese steaks around!

The guys are great on the grill. The females also cook and they are super also. Service to take your order is a little slow but they make your food to your specifications so they ensure to get the order taken correctly. Customer service has been great so far. I recommend the the SteelCity CheeseSteak if you love a good cheese steak. Order it Chicago style! Thank you for being a vendor.

Came in today for the first time I’m from Arkansas and I drive trucks and I’ve been to many of places around the world. but this is probably the best cheesesteak I’ve had I will be returning there. I thought I was home love the family owned little cafes. But thanks for the great experience. Steel city cheesesteak was FYE🔥🔥

The staff needs to pay attention a bit more. Maybe if they did that instead of chatting with one another, they could actually hear and get orders right. That aside, the food is delicious.

Great friendly staff. Best catfish fillets and Philly cheese steak sandwiches in Gary. The food is reasonably price and they give you a healthy serving. Good place to eat and its in a safe location.
