Steak 'n Shake

Wonderful as always. Liz was awesome and very attentive to us. I wish all servers were as good as her. Good job to the management in hiring her.

Drive-thru was very quick and food was as ordered. Person taking orders was very clear and concise. Line moved reasonably quick for length of it. Location is easy to get in and out of. Food was very good and warm. Would have preferred slightly less ice in drinks, but lots of ice expected anywhere these days. Did not go inside.

My husband and I love this place. Food is cooked when ordered. Fee experienced it in Kentucky then in Tennessee thenJackson Mississippi got one . Yay

Food was great. Wait staff was very attentive. We went during Nights of Lights so they were very busy. We were seated immediately and got our food fast.

Food was great and so fast! We went in with a party of 8 and it still came out so quick we were all surprised!

Good hamburger if you order the premium. Skinny shoelace fries are good, but the service leaves something to be desired. Still serve old fashioned milkshake.

The food was surprisingly really good I usually just drive by but today we stopped I got the patty melt that was better than the Waffle House sandwich where I usually get it! The patty melt was hot big and really cheesy filled with lots of grilled onions$5 and my mom got the biscuits and gravy with big pieces of sausage! $4.99 and my dad got the unlimited pancakes he said they were hot and fluffy$3.99

Stable results from this location, fresh eats just takes time! No complaints!

My kids love this place. It is reasonable and they like the milkshakes.

If you like burgers of different types this is the place for you. They have many styles and types of offerings. I enjoy the jalapeño crunch, Cajun and bacon types myself. It’s not expensive and the service is great. A friend and myself go a few times a year. The waitress we got this that e remembered us from about 6 months ago. With as many people that goes through that excellent. I try to go every other month it’s always a nice pleasant atmosphere to where you can sit down with friends and talk and don’t need to shout or have problems hearing.p even when they are full. They also have different types of drinks or I should say flavors of shakes. The service is quick and professional with customer firstTried one of the seasonal shakes pumpkin spice really good. Great flavor

First time in this chain of fast food. We wait a little bit to get seated even if there were a lot of free table. The food is good, also the coleslaw is good. I thought that the burger were bigger considering the price. For 2 dollars you can also buy cookies and they are really delicious.

Had a great experience here, couldn't be more pleased with the service our waiter offered. He wasn't overly hovering us and didn't leave us unattended for long periods. He was there at pretty much the right moments anytime I would need him. If the name on my receipt is correct then thanks a 100 Melvin H for the service you provided to me my girlfriend and our children today!!!

The food was their standard. The staff was overwhelmed as 2 of their workers didnt show. Customer service was great regardless.
