Steak 'n Shake

Service is best early morning, not too crowded and Linda knows what she's doing. Super crowded around 3-4, chronically understaffed for the Plant High rush. Food is decent, long wait for milkshakes. One of the managers is really unpleasant- a boss, not a leader. Harder to enjoy the place when she's around complaining and bossing at all the employees.

The food here was yummy. Prices are decent too.

Definitely much better than my last experience with the location on N. Dale Mabry Hwy! This burger wasn't NEARLY as greasy, the fries were perfectly cooked & the shakes are always to die for...when the machine is working! Service is always a hit or miss but its fast food, right?

I don't eat meat but I like their shakes and fries. The seating is nice and comfortable too and the store inspires my movie fantasies.

Fastest steak and shake ever. I'm surprised. They made my shakes fresh so I waited five minutes. But, my order was nearly ready on arrival. -Uber eats

A Great Place for Sunday Brunch American Style. Clean, comfortable, fast service and great food -- What's not to like? Their milkshakes are AWESOME!

Always struggle with food quality and or orders plus wait times, they need to train their employees a bit better.
