Steak 'n Shake

Food was served hot and fresh off of grill. Service was excellent! 👍😎

It is always very nice fast and the order is always right and quick and love their food

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I went to the restroom when I first I arrived. No toilet paper, no soap, and no paper towels combined with a dirty bathroom. When I went to the counter they were very rude. Saying the were to busy to check the bathrooms, there were 4 tables... The manager said they had food cooking and they would get to it and they had soap and a sink behind the counter if I HAD to wash my hands... No paper towels barely any soap behind the counter. Went back to my table and learned that the men's restroom was out of everything too! How are the employees washing their hands?!?! My boyfriend was a professional chef and is very familiar with heath codes, just from what was obvious to us we counted 5 health code violations.

Service was better than usual. Food is always great. Unfortunately I only get 30 minutes for lunch. This was about an hour and 15 minutes. Lucky my boss is leanient. I'll still go back. Check them out. (No promises)

It's good food made fresh, but there is always such a long wait. But they have good deals a lot of times.

SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!As soon as I touched the handle on the front door, it was greasy and sticky. The whole place smelled like a sweaty man’s armpit. The floors were sticky, I am glad I had tennis shoes on. The menu pages were stuck together and the dirt and grime covered some of the items. The ketchup and mustard bottles were slimy to the touch. Then, my daughter dropped a toy on the floor, that is when I had seen that they had swept all the trash under the booth seat in the corner. It took over an hour to get food, only after waiting 30 minutes on 2 drinks. The men’s bathroom was just as filthy, if not more. Both toilet seats had a black tar residue on them. One wasn’t cleaned or flushed. This place is absolutely a health hazard. DO NOT EAT HERE!

Food is fine. Our issue was the server. She was very friendly and pleasant. The problem was she had someone there who was probably a regular or a friend or something. We were waiting for the menus while she talked. We waited to order while she talked. We waited for our food while she talked and it arrived at room temperature. While I appreciate a friendly server, I don't appreciate it at the expense of the customer.

Didn't even get served because after waiting a full 15 min for someone to even take our drink order the server who sat us looked me straight in the eye said be with you in a minute and went to take the drink order of the folks just sat down. There weren't many patrons yet he couldn't even remember that much. We walked out

During lunch hour, drive thru was very slow. Food was hot and delicious nonetheless. Milkshake was perfect.

Many of the Steak 'n Shakes in my area are sub par. This one however has fantastic service and the food was excellent. I would recommend Steak n'Shake to other people but their stores are inconsistent. If you are going to have it though, this is one you want to stop by. They are on point and give you the best of what they have to offer, which is very good food

Large choice of food variety. Taking an exception of going in at rush hour service was a little slow. Food was cooked to perfection.

This place sucks. I will never be going back. Service was awful. I sat there for 2 hours, never got a refill on my water, a few people in our party never received their food. Also my girlfriend had a hair on her burger. You can see it in the picture below right next to the object that looks like a scab.

I really don't know what has happened to my favorite fast food restaurant in Cincinnati, but this location is much like the Montgomery location, is extremely disappointing. The staff is nice for the most part, but the quality of food and extremely slow window service is rather off-putting. Not a recommended location if you're in a hurry and like quality food.

We went for shakes and burgers and the cashier told us that he turned the shake machine off. So no shakes also he was blasting his trash music. And was rude when we pulled to the window . He greeted us by screaming over his music our total. Thats all that was said he swiped our card and slammed the window shut. Wont be back .
