The drive-thru service was great. Open on Christmas eve, and their burger was the best fast food I've had in a while. It was fresh, hot and great combined with the Strawberry shake.

The staff was very sweet and pleasant. They had a wonderful attitude. The food was good, as usual. The difference was in presentation. The food looked as though they took their time and put the food together just like the pictures, NOT slapped together in a rush. Even my early teenager noticed. Great job!

This is my quick , cheap breakfast spot. Staff is always friendly. My only complaint is it always smells like a wet, moldy mop inside... Outside of that its pretty cool.

Got our order wrong and got a little rude when asked about it. Menu was also wrong. Food wasn't good at all. Glad the steak and shake near us is AWESOME!

It's really good to find a Steak 'N Shake still open in the area, since most of the others have closed. Great milkshakes. Great service. Always short-staffed, though, which does make for slow service.

Oh my gosh, this place is incredible. The staff were freaking hilarious and SO nice to my wife and I. The food is a great deal, especially with how DANG good it is. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. Why can't every restaurant have employees like that?

My food was sold and given to me like it should to everyone.It was fresh and hot. You pay for fresh hot fries, burger, and good service. I got all three.

Pretty much your standard Steak and Shake, cheap food that's not to bad and good milkshakes. Kids eat free on Saturday and Sunday which is nice, but you need to spend a minimum of $9 for each free kids meal.
