Steak 'n Shake

Terri at the bar that works the weekends deserves a raise. She was the absolute best waitress I’ve had in my years of eating out. She was so talkative, upbeat and happy. I’ve never seen anyone act like that in the years. Excellent customers service!! I will definitely be back just to see this lovely lady!

We had the sweetest server, who actually wasn't our waitress. We were so bummed not to have cash on us so we could be sure she got the money instead of the other one who sat on her phone the entire time.

The wife and I stop by here often, the food is always great. The restrooms are clean, great place to take the family, prices are very reasonable

Food was fine, milkshakes were great as they should be. But getting a seat and paying for your bill seem to be the rough spots for steak and shakes all over. I've been to a few of them and it's the same. Food was fine, trying to get a seat not so fine. Trying to pay for my meal. Also not so fine.

It's the All American meal (without Apple pie). Great burgers, yummy fries (I love the steak seasoning on mine), and wonderful selection of shakes to top it all off. All this, and it's not going to break the bank. (Truly the food is worth more than what they charge, but don't tell them that.)

Burgers and shakes are bomb. Little salty but food is still pretty solid.

We love their butter steak burgers. We also tried the white chocolate oreo shake. It was awesome!

Food is always good. Atmosphere has always been great. What makes it the best is the server named Terri! The way she is with her customers is amazing. My daughter loves her and every time we are in there she has a wonderful smile and great conversation. She makes you feel welcomed.

The customer service was good. It wasn't too crowded at first so we had prime seating. The food came fairly quickly and it was cooked and delivered just the way we ordered it. My only complaint is that I ordered a chocolate Reese's milkshake and she gave me a vanilla Reese's milkshake.we went to pay and I got my order changed. He gave me exactly what I ordered and he upsized it for free. No complaints there. It didn't take long to get it either. I still give four stars because we enjoyed our dining and experience of the food was delicious.

Food was excellent and the waitress was awesome I wish I got her name so others can ask for her.

The burger was great and hot and the sever was sweet and helpful however I, she did not know the products and neither do most of their servers. I would say they need better training to know the products before going on the floor.
