I really like this location and the food is amazing. However, every time I've gone in the last six months service and execution has been lackluster at best. Last time I was there not even 1/4 was occupied and it still took 45 minutes to get my food. The waiter didn't stop to listen to me and brought the wrong flavored shake. It took 15 minutes to get it so didn't even bother ordering the correct one. They had 2 waiters, 1 person cooking, a couple of people behind the milkshake station. And I don't know if they were on break or were waiting for their shift to start or end but there was 4 sometimes 5 employees sitting next to the restrooms doing nothing the entire time I was there, mind you this was over an hour. Not sure what they need to fix the staffing and service.

Had dinner. Took ten minutes before anyone greeted us and showed us to many EMPTY seat. Shakes arrived after dry burgers came. Another 10 plus minutes before anyone came to the register for the 10 people waiting.

Awesome food and super cheap. Like a Culver's but way cheaper. Came back the next day expecting the same service but no it was so slow waited 20 mins for my burger

It’s terrible this location TERRIBLE I prefer go to another one but when I do delivery sometimes I have to go there, the guy in the cashier a middle age man it’s horrible rude he don’t even pay attention to you, the food is late always. I don’t recommend this location. Go to another one.

Seated with drinks in less than 5 minutes & food was shortly after. Fast food at its best ? ?

Very bad service in Today at 3:00 pm I went with my 3 children who loved their meringues to the place located at 12163 S Apopka Vineland Rd, Orlando, FL after 10 minutes waiting for tables, and the place was empty, we were waiting 30 minutes and nobody He attended.

Busy season not the brightest ppl working there

Our server was awesome, & so was the food!
