Steak 'n Shake

Early morning, before they were serving breakfast, I decided to dine in solo at the counter. Closest thing to breakfast I could think to order was the Royale Burger. The egg was a perfect over easy. Deron is an amazing server and cook, also good company for some small talk to start my morning.

Erin was very kind and did everything possible to make my experience great.

The staff were very friendly and great prices on the food but as soon as we left and got home, Me and my husband and daughter got sick from the burgers and we're still sick and it's been three days. So I'm not happy.

I love steak and shake. Their food is amazing and hot. Even happy to have a free cookie 😊

I went to steak and shake with my family and the waitress we had her name was Erin and she was amazing and the dish washer ended up helping Erin do her job because she slammed and the manager wasn't helping her so Tj helped not only her but everyone else and still doing his job the manager didn't help her and everyone else was twiddling their fingers while Erin and Tj was running around like crazy people cause they weren't getting anyone else help. And the only complaint I have is our food was cold other than that Erin and Tj need pay raises the manager was worthless

It's cool we didn't want straws for our drinks. It's cool we didn't want the wrong milkshake. It's cool we didn't want undercooked fries.

I deliver food for grubhub and doordash, whenever I got an order they do it very slow and late. They take forever to complete an order. They also say that they got the order late or it does not show in the system. When I try to call the restaurant before I go there they don't even answer the phone. I called 7 times in a 25 minutes span they don't answer it. Very irresponsible, unprofessional, illogical place. But honestly I don't know their food though, if you like this place they either must have an amazing food or you must be very patient to get your food.

Liked the small fries, hamburgers were delicious, shakes not bad either. 👍🏿👍🏿

This was the worse service I’ve ever had out of ketchup out of chicken out of spirit brought out wrong burgers no fries no chocolate milk no shakes brought out thus is terrible McDonald’s is better

The rest of the party enjoyed their food. My mother-in-law requested unsweetened iced tea and no fries with her Frisco melt. The waitress decided for her that she was going to give her fries anyway because her food was a bit late and gave her sweetened tea even though she had told her four times that it was to be unsweetened. Perhaps she was just having an off day.

Good folks, good food. Glad they cleaned up their act after they almost got shutdown.

Could have been better. We ordered 2double burger, 2fries, 2small milk shake. We got everything we ordered except our milk shakes. The food was hot but we had to wait an additional 10mins or more for the shakes. The staff kept forgetting and we kept reminding them what we were waiting on.

Their food was so good that it was crazy. I've been to other Steak n Shakes but you guys are top notch. Everything was seasoned correctly. I'm not a fan of steak fries (but you can't change that). Honestly I give you guys a 10 because somebody put a little bit of stank on it!!! LMAO 😭😭😭🤣🤣😂😆😆😆

I don't now they are everything cleaned up. I get the triple combo.its Great . I wish they would put one on the Eastside of Toledo Ohio or Oregon Ohio

Love the food and friendly service. Always a great experience.
