Steak 'n Shake

The Prime Burger was excellent! Also loved the skinny fries. If it hadn't been so cold outside, I would have had a shake. Our waiter was great, too! I'll be back!!

Good food. Location was understaffed. Got our milkshake 10mim after we finished our food

We were trying to find fast food open on Thanksgiving and we finally found Steak n Shake. As expected, it wasn't crowded on Thanksgiving. We were seated pretty quickly. I got an eggnog milkshake and a Frisco melt with fries. The milkshake was quite good. I was actually pretty disappointed by the Frisco melt. It was a lot drier than normal. It definitely needed more sauce and I think it was overcooked. The fries are thin for my taste, but they were ok. The service was just ok. It took us a long time to get our food even though the restaurant was mostly empty. We were never bright our check, so we eventually just went up to the register to pay without it. For the most part, this is your standard Steak n Shake.

The food tasted spectacular! The price was phenomenal. The service was prompt and professional. The store was clean.

Drive-thru took forever. Bacon burger was just okay. Was told a 20 minute wait for a shake and they no longer have the ice cream cookie. Try at your own risk.

Thanks for hosting our get together...The food was wonderful even though there was some mix ups we still had a great time.

Great service from the young land with the cool purple braids at the drive through window. She always asks me what extra sauces I may need to make my fresh meal enjoyable! I love the cheese burger with bacon and a fresh fried egg!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The best Steak 'n Shale location. Charles is a wonderful server. He definitely made our whole night, and everything was perfect.

Usually one of my favs take out!But, I recieved the wrong sandwich and the Malted Milk was only a milk shake. Very disappointed.

The food was AMAZING, but the wait staff wasn't even good enough to to leave a star. Drinks were not refiled until asked Multiple times, and we had to wait 45 minutes to get a milk shake. As I said the food was amazing but the service was VERY subpar

Location is clean and thankfully, we were seated right away. Food was brought at the right temperature and presented well. However, did notice that lettuce in salad was a mix; some fresh and some not. Ice cream shakes were fine.Please add better quality lettuce.

Usually it's goes smooth, then there times it takes forever, food is good went yesterday they must've been short staffed I sat at to go for 15 mins nobody came to attend us went in side same thing so we left

This is not a bad Steak 'n Shake if you are headed down south and trying to catch the ramp on to the the 485. This location is kind of located all on it's own. You can be sure that late into the night this place will be open for you to get a burger and fry for a relatively good deal.
