Steak 'n Shake

Had the cajun meal, will get again next time. The staff is the usual over worked under staffed case. Left a good tip though, I understand how it goes.

Above average burgers for a fast food restaurant. Fresh meat and condiments. Good shakes and great prices during happy hour, 2-5 weekdays.

I love this restaurant! It has great food and specials are great deals. It is very clean and I love the waitress I had. I would definitely go back.

Best place to have lunch in Louisville! Love this place...This store has gone through repeated changes over and over and over again in the last couple of years.... they have replaced all of their staff, not sure if they all quit or just left, and now are under new management so??? Other than those changes, this store is great when they are open!

Nice place cheap prices but only 1 person working there that night we were there.

Fast friendly service and good food. I had the 2 for $3.00. Fries and American Burger for three bucks. Tasty too.

Chili Mac from the drive through. Was surprisingly quicker than usual S n S drive through. Food was hot and I received appropriate condiments.

This place is always hit or miss. I still go because my teens love the milkshakes and it's a inexpensive night out for us. I have left before because while waiting to be seated, ten minutes, no one said hi, made eye contact, etc. Mind you the place was empty, maybe three families in the whole place. The next time I went I was greeted as soon as I came in and was seated shortly afterwards. We had minor issues with our food but at least we got it. So just have a plan B in mind when going here.

Service is very slow. I believe they have a hard time keeping staff. The staff is nice, very nice, just not enough of them. The drive thru takes FOREVER. I’m currently sitting in it and have been for 20 min. And it’s just me and one other car. Not crowded at all. I’m usually missing food so I always check.
