Steak 'n Shake

Wonderful people and quick service! The burgers here are great, and so are the milkshakes.

Great food and great shakes. Our burgers arrived quickly, but the shakes took a little extra time. Our server kept us in the loop and we just ate our regular food while the shakes were being made. Overall a wonderful experience!

I found a hair on my food and i had my onion rings on my burger so she took my whole burger and bought me back another one that look like it was under cook. Hey lady I needed my onion rings back. I been here 5 times and only one time they got it right. I told them to change my cheese on my burger instead of changing it she charged me a extra 1$ well if that’s the case give me my cheddar cheese and swift cheese to. Sad.the bathroom is always nasty. Every time i been there.

Twice I have gone and given up on being served. I went inside and no one would help me. The woman making burgers ignored the lobby full of people. I love their milkshakes-especially at "happy hour"- but have given up on getting them. If they concentrated on customer service they could skip all those coupons they send me....

Very dirty 8 tables needed cleaned off took 38 minutes to get our food three other tables were occupied, the whole time we had to listen to Charlie complain about being there since 1oclock this was at 6 .We were just about done with our food , when our milk shakes finely came. You need to get some good help. With that being said the food was very fresh and good.

This use to be a great place to take the kids. Nothing fancy just good old fashion burgers and the best shakes on the planet. Now I find service stinks, poor staffing, 45 minute wait for food. It was sad to see the lack of teamwork or people that just didnt seem to care.

Our server was a cutie older lady and quite honestly I thought she was adorable and could do no wrong. Wonderful service and a great oldy diner vibe to the place. Will always come when I'm nearby.

I miss steak and shake, best shakes. At least steelyard location is open its not near me but its open so go support them 👍 food is good, I enjoy the grill chicken sandwich and seems a lot of people like the Frisco melts and sliders

Slow drive thru, fries was soggy and tasted old, burger was cold and I don’t know how that is possible if everything is freshly cooked, drive thru employee wasn’t wearing gloves or mask.

The steak and shake in the steelyard is by far one of the worst establishments i have been in. It is not a clean place, they dont seem to have enough staff, my mother and i went in for milkshakes and walked back out after what we saw. There was a gentleman not wearing gloves preparing the food, leaning awfully close, more or less in breathing distance of the food. Absolutely disgusting! I would not recommend for anyone to go there.

Seated immediately. Clean tables, Food was hot and tasty. Server Charles was professional and courteous...A+++

Good food could be faster service but you cant always have it your way
