Steak 'n Shake

The tea was a little old. The biscuit was delicious. Hash brown was ok. The tacos are not worth $.99. The pictures actually make them look appetizing, sorta. The service was friendly but very, very slow. If you’re in a hurry, don’t stop here.

Late getting to work? Need a burger "fix"? And by the way, Steak and Shake burgers are the real deal! There is no mistaking the taste and made to order, you will wait while they grill it until the edges are crispy. I always have cheese, tomato and a little mustard. I love them!

Absolutely the worst service I had ever gotten here. Placed an order on the app. When we got there there was a number to call to do curbside pickup. When I called the number it just rang and rang. Finally after the fifth time calling someone answered and said that we had to go through the drive through. But as we got to where you placed your order they told us to drive up to the window. By this time we had been waiting 15 minutes. It took us another 10 to get to the window. When we got the food it was cold. The girl at the window said that the fries were just made, but when we argued she gave us another order of them that was warmer, but definitely NOT just made hot. And with all this said they had signs advertising curbside pickup, and also a sign stating that we could go in and get our food but in reality the doors were locked and no one came to the door when we knocked. Will be a long time before I come back to this location!!!!!

Food tasted fine, service needs improvement. As with most of life, it is the details where you see things clearly. Two meals almost the same, burger, fries, beverage. One for the last twenty years has been cut in half, but was not this day. The other had the burger half off the bun. Then the fries, one would have thought they would be about the same quantity wise. While mine had a huge mound of them, my wife had about ten fries on her plate. We shared, but it is odd that a side by side clearly showed a discrepancy. Then our beverages she has a few pieces of ice, and my glass was full with only a little room for beverage. So all the little details are adding up to a crew which could care less about them, or the customer. They have plenty of time to socialize with each other, but not enough to get ketchup for the table, or to refill the four sips of soda they left room for. Just a series of details this location has seemed to lose along the way.
