Friendly staff .. visited for milkshakes .. it was tasty .. excellent design that will give and external view to the area around .. large parking area around .. didn't try the burger there but they have good options ..

This place has delicious Burgers and Shakes. My food taste so fresh.

The food is good most of the time. They could really work on the cleanliness in the kitchen. I go here for the shortstack of pancakes. If they don't clean the grill, my pancakes will have burnt burger chips embedded inside. If I have time, I will go inside instead of going through the drive-thru. The kitchen floor is normally nasty. Now it could be that they had just had a rush. I have also observed an employee running over to Starbucks with the drive-thru headset on. A lady came in after waiting a few minutes in drive-thru very upset but wasn't offered an explanation. Many training opportunities. I only go in the 6-7am timeframe.So I'm back in here today for pancakes but they look like crepes and there was a sausage in there. I was thinking it wasn't my order. I came back in to get it corrected and she told me the batter was thin that's why she added the sausage...NO THANKS!!! I ordered pancakes for a reason!

It's been a while since I visited, but I was very pleasantly surprised at how delicious my burger was. I had the Western BBQ Burger and the combination of textures and flavors was spot on. And let's talk about those onion rings - crispy outside, tender inside; no stringy onions that one bite pulls out and leaves you with empty batter. They were perfect! I came in due to a grilled cheese menu and was delighted to find them on the 2 for 3 menu! You can't beat that deal.My server, Christy, was friendly and attentive. It's nice to find a server who will chat with you a bit, especially when it's not too busy. In all fairness, I'd rate this 4.8. Both the grilled cheese and the diced onions on my burger could have stayed on the grill a tad longer. But overall, the experience was great.

Has to be some of the highest quality ground chuck in the burger business! I taste the difference every time and really appreciate the effort these people make to offer a high quality burger. Not sure what their secret is but I bet it has to do with doing business with a few select farms through the years. Steakburgers seem to have a greater level of nutrients than normal burgers. I sometimes get 4 burgers and remove the buns and just enjoy the beef. If I leave the bread on the burger my go to is the Frisco Melt or the Garlic Double. Steak n' Shake is great for wholesome succulent and rich meals. Their cole slaw is great but sometimes they use too much dressing. Their breakfast biscuits are amazing.

The food was amazing!!! But our waiter failed to fill our drinks even though they werent busy, they were extremely nice! But lacked the work. Besides that it was great

Typical good experience. My friend ordered chili-mac and asked for parmesan cheese and wait staff couldn't find any. My burger dinner was good.

The food is cheap and good! They have good milk shakes! The drive through is quick. It is in a convenient location next to I 35. I would recommend this place for a quick lunch or dinner or just a milk shake for a snack.

The girl that helped us with our food and the cook were both super sweet! Our waitress had lots of patience with us when my daughter spilled her lemonade and she helped me when I wanted a veggie sandwich. The cook came out to make sure that all of our food was great! Great experience even as a vegetarian! 😁 thank you!
