Steak 'n Shake, a classic American brand, was founded in 1934 in Normal, Illinois by Gus Belt who pioneered the concept of premium burgers and milkshakes. For over 85 years, the company's name has been symbolic of its heritage. The word "steak" stood for steakburger. The term "shake" stood for hand-dipped milkshakes. Gus was determined to serve his customers the finest burgers and shakes in the business. Today, Steak 'n Shake remains the "better burger" leader, serving premium 100% beef steakburgers, hand-dipped milkshakes, thin crispy fries, and more. Steakburgers are made without preservatives or artificial ingredients, topped with fresh produce, and always hand-crafted to order. Other classics include the Frisco Melt, 7x7, Prime Steakburgers, and fan favorite M&M milkshakes.

IHOP is better service and they have great burgers...

They r known for that

Same thing happened to my boyfriend and I tonight. We went there at 1 and they said they dont reopen till 8 am

Not a Google Guides question. But agree that Saturday Aug 31, 2019 was understaffed. We waited until a waitress pulled up and clocked in. The manager told us, You can take a seat, but I don't know how long it'll be until I can get to you.

We have been having a lot of trouble when we go there. They r VERY SLOW with their service. I hate going there anymore !!

Because the food is worth it . And this is not mcdonalds!!!

Each store has its own hours, we have 2-5pm.
