Steak 'n Shake

Waited forever for our food,and people were very rude

Workers are in their own world the whole time and food took a while to be ready

Good food but they keep the place way too cold. We were a little miserable and the waitress we asked about it was not very nice with her reply.. so less stars for bad customer treatment.

Great burgers, and friendly service. Went drive through and very pleased with wait time, very minimal. Not bad at all. I will be a frequent customer.

Horse faced waitress was a clueless bimbo. Didn't know how to take an order, and made errors on 4 different people in my group that required 5 tries to be corrected. Didn't even know what a "steak Frank" was. My friend's burgers arrived cold, and one ice cream we ordered arrived melted. One never got his burger at all, and the other hadn't gotten his steak Frank. Never eat here, it's a waste of your money and time. Especially horse face. Even brought us the wrong order...5 times!!!!! Did the same to another table who was absolutely livid!!!!!!!

They must have just had a rush, every table was dirty and no one was in a hurry to clean them or help us. When they did acknowledge us they wiped off s table but didn't get our drinks or provide menus. We tracked down a different server to take our drink order and I grabbed our menus off another table. The food was good when it finally arrived they gave us a shake for free for our wait. It took over an hour for our meal.

Any place with A1 already at the table is fine by me.

Excellent food. Super fast service. Louisville is beautiful and has a lot of awesome restaurants and you will not regret coming here!

Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes and it never moved, as always. Went inside and placed a to go order and it took 15 minutes to cook. When I left only 1 car had moved up in the drive thru.

The food here is always perfect and I honestly don't mind waiting 20 minutes or more since it is typical and I plan for it, but then past three times I have tried to go to this location the drive through has been closed. No sign was posted outside so I waited a long time before calling the store from the drive through. When I called the young lady didn't offer any explanation for the drive through being closed nor did she offer an apology for my wait time. What kind of place closes the drive through in stead of the dining area anyway!?

Food is always decent (when you get what you ACTUALLY ordered), however service is always non-existent. Pretty sure the location is closed for good as it has had a ‘remodeling’ sign out front but no work being done for months.

"Coming soon"... it's been months! Why Steak n Shake? Why won't you just reopen what must be the most populated location you have? I just want a daggon frisco melt without having to drive across the city.

The food was good! Our waitress was doing the best she could do. She took our order, she brought our drinks. When she brought our food we were missing a order. Our waitress went to inquire about our food the kitchen crew gave her an attitude and refuse to help her. They laughed at her to her face she started crying. She got herself together and finished serving us. We felt like she was doing the best she could do. We just didn't like how they were treating her! The kitchen crew was the problem...maybe they didn't have enough people working??? Also about 3 or 4 tables of people walked out. Also I Saw a man come in to be seated..he stood there for about 5-8min. nobody spoke to him or seated him. He walked out as well! I know Steak & Shake can do better!

Great food....love their Chili. Seemed to be understaffed for such a lunch crowd. The folks they had working were very nice and did a great job.

Steak n Shake had the best hamburgers! Their customer service was great too. Can't go wrong when eating here.
