Had a take out order. Food was really good, fresh real meat. Coleslaw was really good, but be prepared to wait 20 min for your food.

Excellent burgers and fries. And fantastic prices. We went back in the afternoon. For a milkshake. They are half price from 2 til 5. They also were delicious

Horrible wait time. We went after 8pm, it was not packed in drive thru or inside. We waited 40 minutes for food in drive thru and when we got burgers, they looked terrible. Almost $9 for a meal and burger party was the size of a slider compared to bun. We laughed and asked if this was for real, if the burger is supposed to look that small compared to the bun. Was told that yes, it was. It looked no where like the picture.

I had a fantastic experience here. I was surprised to have a waiter take my order. Daniel provided exceptional service and the food was awesome. Came out fresh and hot. The shake was delightful. Huge value for the price charged. Gourmet fast food.

I love Steak and Shake! Most locations are 5*. I heard that some were closing. I hope not, they have the best shakes. Don't close please.

Worst service ever. 2 days in a row. Who is supposed to support the folks for a pickup or take out. Completely awful! I only came back because I am staying at the hotel at the back. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - DO NOT COME HERE - COMPLETELY UNORGANISED! LOTS OF FOLKS WORKING HERE BUT COMPLETE LACK OF MANAGEMENT. AWFUL EXPERIENCE - HATE THIS PLACE. THE FOOD IS NOT THAT GOOD & THE SERVICE SUCKS!!!!

I'm here at 10pm Friday night in the drive thru I've been waiting for over a half hour in line just to order at the speaker! Why have a drive thru if it's going to take over 30 min just to order! I rated 3 stars because the food isn't bad but the wait time needs attention.

Food was great, amazing shakes. The highlight of our visit was the absolutely amazing service we received from our waitress Simone and the rest of the staff! Hands down the best customer service we have had in FL outside of Disney (and it even topped most of that too)

We had such a great experience here to end our vacation. Our waitress, Marine, was very friendly and kind. The food here was so good! And the prices are so reasonable! We all commented how we wished there was a Steak N Shake near us.
