Steak 'n Shake

Good cheap comfort food when your craving fast food. Service is fast and friendly. My most recent trip was during a massive rush of convention patrons. The staff was fast moving and courteous. When mistakes happened, they were eager to correct the issue.

We had an awesome experience here, our waitress was great...our items were fresh. For being downtown i expected madness but we were seated within minutes of arriving. A concert let out right as we were leaving so they got swamped with probably 100 teens in Jonas Bros. gear

Selection of menu is great, services is also fast and seating arrangement is also Good.

Service was nice. Food was not. My whole meal was cold, and the cheese wasn't even melted on it. They did offer to make a new one but it took so long to get the first one I wasn't about to wait all that time again. The waitress was very understanding and she comped the burger.

Various choices of milk shake is very fun and delicious! You can build your own milk shake. This burger restaurant is not a "fast"-food, but you can eat freshly-made burgers, shakes, and so on. Service is good, the price is not so expensive. You will wait a little bit, but friendly waiterand waitress will bring you a very good food!!

These days it seems harder to find a good steak and shake. This is the best I've seen. Very clean and great service.

Busy because of location but always fast and friendly serice

I ordered the chicken burger with french fries from Steak 'n Shake which was delicious. Love the combination. The service at this location was very fast. Good job. Everything was as it should be! Great experience overall.

Cristal at the take out and pay was astounding! Wow efficient and delightful personality and sharp and friendly. Food was superb-cole slaw was yummy and salad was stellar and generous and I had a most excellent butter burger thingy and my daughter was delighted with the jalapeño burger. Cristal was just super fun!!!

I always love the waitresses on duty! So friendly! And the food is always great. Ask them for a 7 by 7 next time, my husband loved it.

Burgers were good and brought to the table quickly so the fries were still warm. Thre service this time was actually pretty good. The biggest problem with Steak 'n Shake is that their service is either good or it's very bad. Most of the time it's in the poor to bad range.You just never know.

Great food, excellent service. Our server went a above and beyond. She made sure to be personable and friendly. All of the servers here work as a team to make sure that the customers are served well. They are seriously dedicated to making a great dining experience for their customers.

You get more food than what you bargained for

Quick service, quicker than I expect at this location anyway. Had food in under 10 mins, shakes in 5 mins
