Steak 'n Shake

Had a good experience greeted well and prices were cheaper than expected

I had the Royale burger with jalapenos! It was delicious! I'm from Texas so I don't understand the skinny fries, but they're still good!

I would not recommend going here. Go the extra distance and go to the one on battlefield. I got the jalapeño crunch steak burger and asked for the salsa on the side. They gave me barely any salsa and thought it good to put all five of the jalapeños in the center of the burger. Just stacked so one bite had them.

The food is good and the service was excellent.

Excellent butter burger and milk shake. Fries were a bit dry. Must have been under heating lamp too long.

Oh my gosh this has to be one of the busiest places on a Friday night. It was almost ridiculous. The food was good you know it's Steak and Shake food it's hard to beat it for the price

Quick place to get a good burger. We got there right at 11am and got immediate service. I'd encourage those who don't have the app to get it.

Because it's really good and they are really nice and they come and get thing when u need them and they are funny

Quick service. We had a friendly waitress (sorry I forgot her name!) who was attentive enough. I hadn't been to a Steak n Shake for a few years. I guess you get what you pay for, which is sad as I used to love eating here.

I LOVE Steak ‘n Shake and make my husband bring me here every time we’re in Springfield. I’m so sad they discontinued my Vegetable Soup which is why I gave it 4 stars.

Great meal.. Only thing I saw 1 of the waitresses go into the bathroom and into a stall with her apron on. That is a definite No-No.

The eggs, toast, bacon and pancakes were great, on the other hand the hash browns were extremely overdone and requested to have new hash browns cooked. The replacement hash browns we're better, still a little overdone for my liking but totally acceptable in that regards but we're so greasy that I could not eat them. Let me note that the server was fantastic and received an appropriate tip of about 30%!

18 people dropped in on them and boy did they deliver the best service and all the orders were correct. Fantastic place good food great service. I have no idea why they only have a 4.1 star rating.

It was absolutely awful. I got charged extra for bacon which was already supposed to be on my bacon cheeseburger they charged me extra for a side dish the food didn't taste good at all the place was a wreck and my table was nasty. The service wasnt good either. It was a waste of my time and money
