Steak 'n Shake

I had ordered 1 Double Cheeseburger and 2Bacon Double Cheeseburgers ... The Bacon patties were burned and very little and My Cheeseburger wasn't fixed properly... The fries weren't good... My mom didn't care for her Shake... They need a little schooling from certain one's in the suburbs... Although they were very polite...

The service was very slow. I waited well over half an hour before one of the employees finally noticed that I was still waiting for my food. One of them had the gall to blame this on me, claiming that I did not come up when she called my number, but I had heard my number and walked up to the pickup counter, but after standing there for over 5 minutes WITHOUT OF THE EMPLOYEES COMING UP OR EVEN ACKNOWLEDGING ME, I made the logical assumption that I had simply misheard. My worst experience at a Steak n' Shake. I'd rather take the extra 30-45 minute ride to one of the other ones. It would certainly take less time to get my food that way

I normally don't like Steak and Shake but this location was the best Steak and Shake I've been to.

Not a traditional steak n shake, more of a "fast casual" style. Order from a counter, wait for your number to be called, refill your drinks from the fountain. This isn't a bad thing unless you really wanted a traditional sit down experience. Oh, and they serve alcohol too. My order was taken promptly and I waited a reasonable time for my food. The quality of the food is where my experience really shined. Burger hot and juicy, fries fresh and crispy. More than worth the $5 I paid for it. My only criticisms are the dining space being a little small and they are not open 24 hours. Would not stop me from coming back, though.

The food is good. The speed of service is very slow. The customer service is not good.

Honestly would rather drive out to get the full menu that's offered at any other steak n shake. Also have to wait so long for a burger that's sadly burnt. quite disappointing

Great food and $4-5 shakes! The service was a bit slow and the buffalo sauce cost me 55 cents. There's not that many tables but I found a few open when I went. Overall, a good experience.

A fast food joint that needs to come up to speed. The experience was quite mediocre. I will not need a second visit.

ITS TO BAD I HAVE TO RATE THIS LOCATION BUT,Ordered through Door Dash, got order and order was missing a item, along with the cold fries i received which should have been Cheese Fries that was missing the cheese that i paid almost $4 for, then they have the audacity not to answer the phone just so i can go there and be even more upset! They don't deserve not one single star at all!!!!! JUST TERRIBLE!!!

Food was good but they have a short menu

I wish I could post a picture of my comically sized beer. I watched them take out a regular 12 oz bottle, and pour maybe 60% of it into a cup. Who knows what happened to the rest of it. I ordered a double cheeseburger with bacon and without pickles. Ended up getting no bacon and lots of pickles. Instead of the staff fixing my problem, they tried to tell me I didnt order it that way despite it being explicitly shown on my receipt. I had to pinch myself, because I feel for customer service workers, but had never met some with so many mistakes and refusing to fix anything. Overall burger was okay. Fries were okay. Really underwhelming. Meh.

Brkfst. Sandwich /Potato pancake , was good, for some strange reason, paper wrapper was greasy, but not the sandwich. Staff was accommodating. Dining area was clean. Service was fast.
