We visited Maredo because we'd not booked and that's were we where and they had a table for us. It's a family restaurant with lots of light and not for a long, romantic, cosy evening. This place is about sitting down, eating and getting on with your life. We both ordered the steak which was tender, juicy, tasty and cooked perfectly.I loved the pepper sauce. The waiter spoke passable English for us too. To quote another product, this restaurant does what it says on the tin. It's a steakhouse, in other words a house that serves steak. Just what we were looking for.
