Steak Hamburg & Salad Bar Ken Morioka

Was looking for a good steak restaurant close to our hotel and found this place. What a superb meal accompanied by excellent service. Being South African, I'm accustomed to really good red meat. But the steaks at the [m]eatery bar and restaurant were truly excellent, some of the best I have ever eaten. It isn't cheap but totally worth it!

High quality and good tasting steak, we really enjoyed our meal and wine. The starter was also enjoyable. However one steak was not cooked as ordered and the service was extremely slow (our waiter was pleasant and knowledgeable so it seems more of a staffing issue on part of management). For two persons we were in the restaurant nearly 3 hours. We expected more efficiency for this level of restaurant and price point.

Fancy spot with the most tasty steaks Hamburg has to offer!!! I must say I was really impressed with the taste and quality of the meat!!! Would definitely go again! It’s certainly not a bargain but definitely worth it! Very friendly and professional staff!!!Lovely bar and delicious cocktails too!!!

I have only been there one time but the T-bone steak I had was great, a little small but the price was acceptable for being down town Hamburg

I had dinner here on Sunday with my best friend. We both had steaks with rosmarin potatoes along with the amazing pfefferSoße; plus 1 apple juice and 1 bottle of white riesling. We paid a total €161.My 300g filet mignon was well done and really tender and super tasty. I have been to Peter Luger in Willismsburg on 4 occasions, and I enjoyed the [m]eatery's filet mignon more.The location was within walking distance to my Vier Jahreszeiten hotel.

The one place I've been wowed in Hamburg. An evening here will leave you with a beautiful experience as their menus can take you across the planet on a journey through dishes from different continents. Not a place to be if you're on a budget though.

The Meatery is a really good place for any occassion.The meat is really good quality, in Bone Rib-Eye was very tender and on the spot. Primitivo wine very tasty. Tartar - yummy. We are excited to taste more and more, there are so many interesting options in the menu. Still yet to go :)Looking forward to our next visit.

Amazing food!! Steaks were quite pricey, but portions were pretty large. One order can be split between 2 satisfactorily. Great service and ambience. Highly recommend for a special night out.

Really excellent food and service. Everything here from the decor to the plating is thought out and done in good taste. I ate a cheeseburger here which was just perfect. Meat was exactly medium rare to my liking and very good quality, real cheese of course and generous sauces to go with the fries which were also done just right. The house made ice tea was unique, sort of like an orange julius with a bit of froth on top, and very tasty.The sorbets I had for dessert were interesting flavors, basil-pear, blood orange and beautifully plated.Even the bathroom in this place is worth a peak, looks like something out of downtown Tokyo.

Great layout, easy to get a table and great selection of meats. Salads and drinks are top here as well.

We enjoyed our dinner-date at this restaurant. The service was absolutely great. The food selection was very well thought of. The concept and ambience of this restaurant is a fusion of modern but yet relaxing atmosphere.I will not go into the details but would highly recommend this place to anyone who loves meat, although they also serve more variations.I would give this restaurant a 9/10 value.
