Great food. The meat was tender and perfectly cooked. Our wine selection (Cahor) was great for a fair price. Excellent service. Crème brûlée and chocolate soufflé were killers. Highly recommended. (And I am French)

If you're looking for a good steak with a reasonable price (for a steakhouse), this is the place. We ordered the Cote de Boeuf, which is intended for two people. Delicious! It's first shown to you uncut and on a bed of smoking herbs and then cut up and plated with an herb butter sauce on top. The dish comes with fries and a salad. Steak was cooked perfectly and we got a good recommendation for a wine to pair. Friendly staff and the ambiance was warm and welcoming.

I went to this place because I’m French and I’m working 2 blocks away. I ordered a steak with fries and the fries were hard because it was overcook. My husband ask to have other fries and they say that they will come the same way anyway . So we just ate the steak for $38 (each) It was my first and last time there, maybe I wasn’t lucky but next time just change the fries rather to lost a customer. Rater la cuissons des frittes pour ce prix c’est inadmissible. !

Great new addition to the neighborhood! Food and service are really great and I love the variation between brunch, lunch and dinner menus. I also really enjoy the sidewalk seating during the nice weather.

I came here for NYC restaurant week with a few friends and we were neither impressed nor unimpressed with the food. The escargot had just a tad bit too much garlic - still good through. The steak frites was different from what I expected because it was a gigantic 8 oz cube of meat which made it tricky to cook it to everyone's different rarities. I like mine medium rare but only the inner cube of the meat was actually cooked correctly. The further out I cut the more well done it got which made it really chewy and flavorless. The chocolate soufflé was good, a bit chalky and dry at parts but not bad. It was on the cheaper side of the restaurant week prices and the proportions were much more than what we expected but the quality, unfortunately, suffered. All in all, just an ok French Bistro.

Such a great food and service ! We had the best escargot in New York City and I’m not even exaggerating !! We ate it so fast I didn’t even had a chance to take a picture !

A great new French bistro in Hell's Kitchen, the whole decor and atmosphere matches with the menu. From earthy nutty bread selection and warm butter. Steak showcased in pan before slicing. Escargo and potatos smooth and tasyy, greens vibrant, fried thin and crispy, burgers juicy, all good portion sizes. Finally classic chocolate souffle gooey and moist with sauce. French onion soup follows classic recipe, duck confit sandwich a bit strange with bones and all. Wonder service, waiter very attentive, refilling and clearing plates.

My wife and I had a great experience here tonight. The ambiance, the quality of the food, and our service. They have a couple of great runners/servers here, who really create a great atmosphere together. They paid very close attention to all parts of the restaurant, which is sometimes hard to find. Little things like the filling of the waters or picking up the straps of the bags so nobody stepped on it. I'm not sure if I notice it more, as I manage restaurants of my own, but it is super nice to see a team working together as smoothly as this one. Our servers name was Anna and she was really the star of tonight - great energy, perfect character for this place. Felt authentic. She really knew how to finish each course (a little bread to dip..a lil Chantilly cream to go with the last chocolate of our souffle...etc). The food was fantastic as well - well described also!! The butter with the steak was crazy and delicious. Delicious fries!! Amazing chocolate souffle to finish. Just what we needed. Will definitely be back!!! 10/10

We flew from Kentucky for the weekend and ate here on our second day and it was the most amazing experience. We sat outside and everyone was so friendly. The staff and Derek were really nice and the food was better than we have ever had even in Paris. The Chateaubriand was better than the most famous Parisian restaurants. We will be back for sure. Highly recommended. Ce restaurant est magnifique et mon epouse etait tres contente et c’est ça qui merite les cinq etoiles. Bravo 👏

As a steak lover I'm always nervous to order steak at restaurants. I've been burned too many times by bad steaks. This place though... I literally wouldn't have changed a thing. The hanger steak was everything you would ever want in a steak - well seasoned, good crust, edge to edge medium rare, tender and flavorful. Paired with compound butter and some of the most perfect fries I've ever had, I was in heaven. We finished with a delightful creme brulee. Not only was the food great, our server was absolutely lovely. I saw someone else in the restaurant drop their knife and she had picked it up within literal seconds. She served us with a side of witty banter and good humor, attention, and lots of love. I honestly can't remember the last time I experienced a restaurant dinner like this. I can't wait to come back, and if you're thinking about going I'd highly recommend it.
