Staxx BBQ

Family of 5 adults and one kid ordered the Staxx big meal. You get a lot of food for less than $40. We stopped by on our way east and really enjoyed the food and it was a great value.

We got the dinner for 2 so we got the brisket which was dry and we got the pulled pork that wasn't to bad and the 2 sides we got was green beans and the coleslaw and those were pretty good. I won't go back there

Really good and a great value. $17 for a meal for 2 includes 1 pound is meat, sweet potato fries ( cinnamon sugar dip) corn bread. Yum yum yum.

Very good BBQ Pulled Pork. I also like their Sweet Sauce alot! My sweetie swears by their Spicy Sauce though on their BBQ Pork and Beef Brisket! Love, love, love, their Potato Salad; has a little kick to it. Great spicy pickles, but you HAVE TO ASK FOR ONE OR TWO EVEN IF YOU PURCHASE A LARGE SANDWICH!!! IF YOU BUY 2-5 SANDWICHES, YOU STILL DON'T GET ANY WITH YOUR SANDWICHES. YOU ALWAYS HAVE TO ASK!!! The things I really don't care about is the BBQ Beans and the desserts OR lack of... I was spoiled and raised on Clayton Bradley's Pink Pig with the best BBQ, BBQ Beans, 🍯cole slaw, crinkle fries, and homemade pies and cakes. 🍲But please do not get me wrong, this is the next best thing since Pink Pig and that is a compliment 🐷🐖

All meats were under seasoned, we also got brisket which wasn’t pictured. Coleslaw was fresh and crisp which was nice! The reason getting three stars is for price and relatively cleanliness. It’s a better alternative to fast food.

IF YOU WANT THE BEST BBQ THEN YOU CAN NOT GO WRONG WITH THIS PLACE

Food is always great, service exceptional and atmosphere relaxing. It’s great to be able to walk in knowing anything you order is going to be delicious. Keep it up, Staxx!!

Pulled pork and Pulled chicken were great the slaw was also good.The mac n cheese and the green beans needed help. But over all. A great meal. The service was great too. We will be back.

The meats are cooked acceptably; not overdone or dry. I tried the macaroni and cheese, and the green beans for sides. Both were decent. The dining area was clean. The service was able to keep pace with a busy lunch hour. There are several tasty sauces to choose from that you can use to impart more flavor to the meats. For folks who prefer sauces over rubs for their smoked meats, I predict that they will enjoy. I tend to prefer rubs over sauces for BBQ, so for me I'll say that it's okay. Staxx BBQ. 3 stars.

This place had good bbq at a great value. The wings were my favorite but the pulled pork is also good.

Good BBQ. Great ambiance (especially if you're into Muscle Shoals soul...which I am)!
