The Burgers we ordered were pretty good as were the onion rings!

I strongly recommend this place for anyone that enjoys good quality burgers. I Had a bacon cheese burger as I usually do and it was excellent. Like a gourmet version of steak and shake. Affordable but not cheap. The staff were incredibly hospitable and I will absolutely be coming back when in this neck of the woods.

Do not expect the same quality as the Midtown location. The menu looks the same, but it is not as they change items without informing you. My turkey burger (which was amazing at Midtown) showed up with two thin patties extremely overcooked instead of one large juicy patty. If I wanted thin patties, I'd go to Steak and Shake. Instead of bean sprouts, there was a salad of arugula and red cabbage. The bitterness was so overwhelming I couldn't take more than two bites and sent it back even though I was starving. The excuse I received was bean sprouts go bad too fast so they changed it...and never informed me before I ordered. So ask before ordering as items have been changed! Be aware there are no drink refills. Beer is served here. The fried okra was very good, lightly breaded and not overcooked. My dinner companions were very happy with the lamb, beef and pork burgers as well as the chicken strips and fries.

The classic stax was great. The jajita burger was good too, but the overly chilled toppings made the meat kinda cold. I asked for a strawberry shake, it looked like it was stirred with a wooden spoon. The strawberries looked like the Smucker's brand off the shelf. Id come back to dine again, but no sides for any dish, and be prepared to pay $10 for every item.

Service was excellent, but the real winner is the food. The mac n cheese side is fantastic...easily my favorite of all time. I had a Sierra Nevada in the bottle, something that could have easily cost $6 in some restaurants. I was pleased to see a price of half that. Loved this place!

Fabulous burgers, so many varieties..classic & modern twists. The bacon & blue is my all time fave! The onion rings...omg! They are JUST as good as the Varsity..but bigger! The staff are super! Ive taken several people there...never disappointed!

Great place for gourmet burgers in the Roswell area. Great tasting, full bar, and milkshakes. A wipe down of all tables, menus, and seats a few times a day will get Stax that final star.

Did not care for 2 thin burger patties. I prefer one thick paytie. Onion rings were good. Nice looking bar. Wonder if it is busy at night. I stopped for lunch. Should have brought a sweater, the place was chilly.

The food was great! I ordered the groovee burger, sweet potato fries, and mac and cheese, and all three were delicious. I highly recommend the sweet potato fries with butter. The atmosphere and decor were very modern and well-designed. The service was ok and I got my food relatively quickly. 5 stars is well deserved!

Good food but unfortunately there was only one server who was doubling as the bartender; so the service was casual/slow at 12:30pm on a Sunday. Again, the food was great and we were in no rush, so this didn't bother us too much but it will affect my decision to return if I would like to keep my lunch under an hour.

An enjoyable, relaxed experience. The waiter was kind and quick, doing an excellent job. First impression was that the restaurant was small but very clean and felt open. I was only confused with the decor but that isn't an issue. The food was delicious and was served quickly. I received the bacon and cheese burger to find that it was juicy and had lots of flavor! I was pleased and will be returning.

Everything is made fresh to order, yet you're not waiting an hour for your food. Turkey burgers are the best in the city! The Fajita style is my favorite, although you can't go wrong with any selection. The fries don't require ketchup. Whether you prefer regular or sweet potatoe, they're both delicious. The spiked shakes are excellent. Not thin like most places and they don't melt while your drinking them. Try the Bourbon Praline. It's to die for. Zarah is a great server. She's friendly and very informative. Elle, the bartender, is quite the character. Ask her to make you something special! Oh and they have a 2oz pour. Cool little spot.
