This is an excellent location for Starbucks. The building is beautiful. The line is always long, but they get everyone their orders quite quickly. The Reserve experience is a nice touch.

They were open for Christmas. That's awesome!

Very nice looking Starbucks that carries specialty drinks not available at a regular Starbucks. The coffee bar looks really cool but there is only one guy there so if he's busy or doesn't see you, it can take a long time to get your order in. Other than the wait, this was a nice visit.

I had never been in a Starbucks Reserve store before this trip to Palm Spring. It was a great experience. When our party of 4 was in line we were greated by Gavin who called us over to the bar and had us take a seat while he took our order. He was fun and joked around with our 12 year old. He became Uncle G. The drinks were up quickly and tasted great. The entire staff there seemed very friendly and happy.

Great location and good coffee but wish it had better comfort sitting such as sofa seating. Both indoor and outdoor sitting available.

Always great service and coffee, better selections than regular Starbucks. Plus just around the corner is funky art leading to the PS art museum. I usually try the "specials" or highlighted coffees. The Melrose has cherry bitters in it, very good.

The most overrated Starbucks I’ve seen. Extremely crowded and slow service. The atmosphere isn’t that nice either

Clean facility, large, lots of outdoor seating. Street parking.

This Starbucks is probably the coolest one I’ve been to. Not only was the staff super nice and quick, it has a reserve bar for hardcore coffee lovers. It was really awesome!

Finally, I found the likable ceramic to-go cup here. The reserve latte is so different with the original one. Love it 😘

The new Starbucks Reserve in palm springs is so beautiful and unique! You've never seen a Starbucks like that. There is a bar you can sit down and having some others drinks that are not available in any other locations. If you visiting palm springs, make sure to check it out!
