Super slow , people who were here after me got their drinks first ... waited almost 30 minutes. Service sucks don’t come here

I ordered a strawberries and cream Frappuccino upside dow as I order it at every other starbucks.when i got my drink it didn't have whipped cream on top when i asked about it they said it was on the bottom because i ordered it upside down i proceeded to explain to them that the ingredient mixture process is what is supposed to be upside down .the gentleman then took the drink said he would remake it and handed it to a girl who looked not very happy with having to remake my drink then I was rudely handed a strawberries and cream Frappuccino that looked white no red/pink and since I was in a rush to get to work I waited to try it after I left and turns out it taste like nothing but pure milk and whipped cream on top.Very disappointed that I wasted $5 on a cup of milk ...

I know this isn’t a real Starbucks (they just serve it, being a hotel kiosk - which might be part of the problem) but they are the worst. Twice a year I’m here for a conference and every single time I go there they get my drink wrong. I order a chai tea latte. It’s all I typically ever get. But that is never what they make me. Right now I’m pretty sure I’m drinking warm milk. Doesn’t even taste like a regular latte, at least that would have some caffeine in it. On top of that, they charge more than a regular Starbucks for “convenience†so I’m drinking warm milk that is a dollar more than my tea I asked for and get at a real Starbucks. I usually have them remake it but I walked away this time and forgot to taste test and now I’m too far away to go back. I guess I haven’t learned my lesson yet not to go to this one but next time I will brave the freezing weather to go to another coffee shop.

Never had better service at a Starbucks!! The morning crew is AMAZING! They go out of their way to make your day start off the best possible way! They smile and are clearly enjoying their job which to me is IMPORTANT!! We stayed at the JW Marriot but came to this Marriot's Starbucks for the great service.. The Staff at JW Marriot Starbucks were super RUDE!! I never even mentioned the treatment we received from JW Starbucks and got the best service because that is simply the way they do business!!

Extremely friendly and helpful. When they realized they were out of the breakfast sandwich I wanted, the manager quickly informed me and chose a super yummy sandwich. All of this was after the poor service I received at the JW Marriott experience.
