Most staff works well under pressure. However over the weekend I ordered my usual venti caramel frap with 2 shots of espresso. Because I like my drinks strong. What I recieved was a pale cream colored drink lacking any form of espresso. I told the girl who made my drink that my drink was wrong and I would like for her to correct it. She proceeded to protest and claim that my drink was made properly and they were to busy to care. It is quite sad I pay EXTRA per shot of espresso not to even get the espresso! That drink was so bland and flavorless I was beside myself.

My local Starbucks in the Marriott. I visit at least 3 to 4 times a week. While you can't redeem your points there you can still earn them. The staff does turnover a lot but overall they still normally make a good latte. It definitely can be slammed at peak hours and if conventions are in town. It's the only one on this end of town.

Very small, but not too busy. Connected to the hotel.

This location is inside the Marriott. Looks like normally it can be accessed from outside but as of 9 Jul 17 it is under construction and can only be accessed from inside the hotel. Smooth service and transaction. I paid w the app. Food and drink on par w stand alone Starbucks.

It's great coffee drinks to get you going in the morning

Great coffee.

Horrible service. Drinks were made wrong at least twice with each person who picked up a drink, customer service was absolutely non-existent, employees were beyond rude, and once the drink was made correctly, it was the worst mocha frappuccino I've ever had. I had to wait 30 minutes to get my drink when people who came in well after I did were receiving theirs. The only reason I finally received my drink is because my husband went up and complained that my drink was sitting there ready for whipped cream for a solid 5 minutes, and they just kept ignoring it. Do NOT recommend this location.

They usually are really good but the barista was mad because I told her my caramel frappuccino tasted like ice. I asked to remake and she said the drinks would have to wait 20 min because she had a line. Nope done.

Great location with all the Staples. Connects to the Marriott lobby. Love their seasonal lattes and their flat white. The only drawback is the line and wait.

Ok location is good 👍 now on to the other stuff staff is ok it's a hotel Starbucks rite? so it's ify you well get a decent customer service experience 👌 orders are accurate 1 percent seating get coffee to go most do unless you are at a convention I took off for a security guard from the Marriott hotel that will harass you cause he is bored if you are there too long in Starbucks chilling one star off for that the other star off for worst Starbucks in Raleigh NC downtown wise with no way to use Starbucks app have cash or credit cards ready there old school on that so do I recommend this location? it depends on your tolerance level if your getting a coffee to go then yes a convention or appointment sure but be prepared for organised chaous here suggest go to other Starbucks if possible the one at Cameron village is better recomendation then here if so here be prepared for a side of chaous in your coffee experience here.
