Calm atmosphere and good coffee, like any other Starbucks

I always do a mobile order through the app and the order is hardly ever made on time or it is made incorrectly. This location is very busy in the mornings. One time I came here at 10am and decided to do a in person order. I walked in and was ready to order, however not one barista working even acknowledge I was there or said hi. There was also a few others in line after us and the baristas were too busy doing mobile and drive tru orders. People in line started leaving, and after 6 minutes or so of waiting I left too. Horrible experience here if I could give it 0 stars, I definitely would.

Unfortunately, the young lady at the drive-through window looked and sounded like she really did not want to be there. She hands me three coffees, and I am alone in the car, with no tray. I ask for a tray and you would have thought I asked her for the moon. Get used to the line six cars deep, it's only going to get worse in the next few weeks.

We waited for over 10 minutes for the car in front of us to get their correct order. I had placed a mobile order but when I got to the window the person didn't know that there was a food item that went with my coffee. she started to take another order and I noticed that there was a bag and I had to ask if that was ours. I could see other staff just milling around inside of the Starbucks despite the fact that there were about six cars now lined up at 2:30 p.m. on a Sunday. Not even an apology when we finally got to the window.

It's a coffee shop. I got food, the food was good, not very healthy though.

The manager in the morning is great! I have really gotten to know everyone here, I went to my old location for almost 3 years and they never remembered who I was. I walk in every morning and most people say hello to me by name. Keep up the great work!

I think it's a nice cute local neighborhood Starbucks. It's the closest one to me and I mostly get my coffees and iced lattes from here. Enjoyable and easy going environment. 👍

Starbucks is a hard place to rate, simply because it's both omnipresent and familiar, but at the same time there's huge variation between locations.Japanese Starbucks are in average much better than American Starbucks, in atmosphere, service, and quality of preparation. Basically they just seem to care more. I'll mainly give a shout out to the two locations in 武蔵小杉, and the one by the Sobu department store in Yokohama station, all of which are fine places, although usually crowded, so finding a seat can be difficult (at max capacity employees will start enforcing a line for seating). Food menus are quite limited though. Within the U.S., quality varies enormously by location, my main experience in the last few years has been in the Chicago Edgewater store on Clark Street. It seems to have an unusually big coffee menu, and the preparation is good, but it's always but it's often a bit of a madhouse, so service can be spotty and finding a seat difficult.

I’ve never had such horrible service at Starbucks! (And I go daily)The girl who took care of me in the drive though was less than nice. I pulled up and 3 baristas were talking about dress code and how they changed stuff about shirts they would allow, etc. Didn’t acknowledge me. I Then asked to reload money to my card, got attitude. Then was handed my coffee over flowing out of the top so I asked for a bigger cup, and lid, again got attitude. And she rolled her eyes. Then some not so nice words were exchanged. I work in customer service. And am a manager. If any of my employees acted that way she did I would be embarrassed. Totally unacceptable. I will not be returning to that location again.
