Starbucks Coffee

Visited this drive thru today, no one was serving at order point i went over to the window to be shouted at “YOU’VE MISSED THE ORDER POINT” told the guy was no answer! He started to close the window, i said excuse can i get a coffee cookies and cream pls.He replied “ IN FUTURE ORDER AT THE ORDER POINT” i said ok sir i will do, thank you very much. He stopped down to a level saying“WE HAVE RUN OUT OF COFFEE” closing the windows on me! wow professional that was!Like seriously what!! The old staff was better,Not visiting this drive thru again also my company guys employees who shop here all the time will no longer buy here again!!

I like my coffee and have tried all and find Starbucks latte taste the best

Lovely hot chocolate with cream. You can have a private conversation without being interrupted and not too busy but cosy.

Food was nice service was fine but the server got my name wrong twice which would have been less remarkable if it had been particularly busy but didn't apply here. The place could have been tidier too and the bathroom was not at all up to standard. Coffee was fine though. We just needed a place to talk more than anything and they have outdoor seating which was nice on this particularly hot day.

Stayed for a few hours. Lovely interior, comfortable seating options and laptop-friendly. The shop also has window walls all around, which makes it very well lit. The staff are welcoming and quick. The place could get busy at times, but it varies throughout the day. Would definitely recommend the place for anyone who’d like to get work done or just want to have good coffee.

Be careful getting cake or pastries at the drive thru. There was one (black) guy who gave me my cake but when I looked in the bag later it looked as if the cake had been picked up from the floor as it had all types of debris on it. I felt so disgusted and disheartened as to why anyone would do that. It’s better to park up and go in and keep an eye.

Good place to catch a quick break very helpful staff, just remember to get your car reg number registered with them to avoid tickets from number plate recognition camera in car park.

We went here during the COVID19 pandemic, when it was open for drive-through only. Given that almost every other Starbucks - and every other coffee shop - in the country was closed, and there were no walk-in customers, you’d think these guys would be capitalising on their unique selling point and turning over as many customers as possible. Instead, we waited 14 minutes in a rather short queue, to be eventually served by disinterested staff, who clearly weren’t collaborating and got our order wrong. And for that, they priced their menu higher than the equivalent drinks/food in a conventional branch.

This place of Starbucks should be immediately shut down! There is no manager The staff doesn't charge for the drink on drive thru - mocks the staff for just asking them not to put the stopped And the staff here does not have a temperature to see how hot the coffee is!He served me more than boiling hot coffee which later when asked to check temperature acknowlged by the staff David that it was even hot than extra hot ( even though I didn't order that ) You guys need to shut this place

I came today at 21:00 on Tuesday 21 January for a quick coffee as I work at Heathrow. I was shocked at the male toilets was so dirty and water was on the floor. It was disgusting. I don’t think I’ll come back in a hurry.

Coffee caramel frappuccino ordered at drive-thru. Ten minutes later received, with cream merging into the drink, and tasted like a watery mess. Disgusting. Replacement was fine, but get it right first time.

Finally open for drive thru due to covid 19. Love my coffee from my local 😊

Love the flat white best ever

Early December. I believe it was the 5th or 6th and I had arrived from Auckland and flown 20+ hours and spent the day in central London. Without realizing I began took the underground to the wrong station but figured I found my hotel on Google maps and began walking, taking photos. It began getting dark and I hadn't even come close to my place, and with 7% battery and the looming realisation I was in the complete wrong area, I needed help. I walked into the Starbucks in a complete panic and broke down, but the caring staff sat me down, gave me a cup of water and managed to call me a cab driver who was extremely sympathetic. I've been trying to figure out which Starbucks it was, but I know it was this one from the KFC across the road. I wish I could've expressed my gratitude to you while I was there but to the girl who helped me, thank you so much. You made me feel safe when I felt so out of place and lost and helped me to have the month of my life during the rest of my trip. Thank you!
