Starbucks

Maybe the worst managed and operating Starbucks around. The drive thru is a nightmmare and parking sucks. The employees are slow and don't seem to carr. I would avoid this Starbucks.

Second visit in a row I've encountered the worst employee here. She doesn't greet you, smile, nothing, and that's after ignoring you and making you wait at least 2 minutes or more - with no line. I need to remember to not come here because, while the drinks are good, her surliness sours the whole caffeine retrieval process. The other employees are pretty great, by the way, and the drinks are always well made.

They always have great customer service my drink is always on point I never leave Starbucks upset except one time when I tried to paid with $100 bill. (And I only tried because in Vacaville they will take it) well i at least tried and she said oh we don't take 100$ bill and I waited in a such a long line to get turned away when there was no sign on the window saying they don't take $100 bills that's what made me upset there should be a sign and I even went inside to go see if there was a sign just to prove a point and there wasn't so I waited in line and didn't get a drink I was very upset that's the only bad experience I've had with Starbucks and that was in Fairfield

Starbucks *favorite drink venti iced cinnamon dolce latte light ice in a trenta cup made with heavy cream extra whip extra dolce sprinkles.. only once un a while♡♡ This time ordered pink drink 10 pumps raspberry ☆☆awesome service!!

Actually it's five stars for the hard-working people that there! Just wish they weren't so expensive I haven't been there in a while because of the prices.

Really!?!? Comon if you dont know that SB is the Mickie Ds of coffee yet then you need to just look around. And while you are looking... find a local good coffee shop.

Barista named Katie had bad attitude. Been here when it’s not busy and I don’t mind the employees ignoring me as long as they get my order correctly. I ordered a nitro cold brew and they gave me a regular cold brew. I informed her of the mistake. She did not acknowledge. I walked over so I am in front of her and informed her again. She said, “I’ll take care of it,” in an annoyed voice. 10 minutes later still no nitro cold brew. I informed her older co-worker and she made it in less than a minute. 26 minutes l was finally out of the store. Sadly this Starbucks is 1 of the worst ones I’ve been in. What make a good store is it’s employees. So I hope the new hires will have a better attitude/demeanor under pressure.

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I never leave ratings, but this one was so bad that I needed to share. I was really craving my usual Starbucks order (Hazelnut Latte, Hot). Waited in the drive thru for over 30 mins only to get home and realize they gave me a hot tea instead of my coffee. Completely different taste. I called to notify them of their mistake and all Katie told me was that I could GO BACK, another inconvenience since I dont live close to this location, so they can remake the drink they were supposed to give me in the first place. You would think such a big company as Starbucks would have better customer service.

Very modern interior. Service is good. The only draw back is that the parking lot is small and a very steep ramp. My cars are low and scrape every time I enter😑

Very modern and new Starbucks! They were out of so much stuff for food on Saturday evening. Good coffee great place to chill! Ambience is very nice. Awesome people with good vibes.

Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes for warm latte with a solid inch of room at the top. No customer service or apology. Just a turn and burn.

Beautiful, clean and newer Starbucks. All gender neutral restrooms. My orders came correct and quick! Drive through option available and it's right next to a gas station so perfect stop for road trips!

One of my favorites! New building with the industrial look. They moved form across the street in the strip mall to their own building, a team effort with Loop gas Station. The parking looks small but in reality accomadates quite a few cars. Plus they are fasts and the turnover in customers fair quick. Like I said, been coming to this one for a few years now and the pople here are fantastik.
