Starbucks

I've never seen a Starbucks like the one at this location. The service was great, the place was clean, and my coffee was yummy. I just wasn't expecting the coffee shop to be in the basement, I felt as if I was walking into a dungeon and ascent from the interior onto the street level felt like a fall waiting to happen.

Excellent service!!!!!! Great options for kids! Very pretty location in an old historic building! There are a few breakfast items, a few desserts, tea drinks and hot or cold beverage options.

Cashier was completely horrible. Worst double shot Expresso ever. Cool atmosphere though.

This Starbucks is pretty nice. Spacious and nice atmostphere. I ordered only 1 cup of vanilla latte, but staff misunderstood my order. Finally they cancled one of them and I like their fast reaction.

Went here for breakfast our first day in town. They actually brew the Guatemalan coffee (at least for that day) which we really enjoy. The sausage egg and cheese English muffins we had were piping hot, delicious sandwiches. The location is rather unique albeit a bit cramped. Maybe if the layout was a bit different it wouldn't seem that way, but I did feel a bit uncomfortable standing directly next to a table while trying to add cream and sugar to my coffee. I'd still go here again

The service is pleasant. It is a nice place to get out of the weather. It does go down stairs in the front but there are multiple entrances. The stairs look like something out of Harry Potter. It is a good place to go and chill.

Understaffed and outdatedEach year the region comes down to Columbia for a convention.Each year we wait for at least 45 minutes in line for coffee, because there are 2 people working and online ordering isnt a thing yet? Come on now its 2020*also manager has no idea about certain products other stores have. the only employee there was very friendly and fastfriend of mine ordered an ice lemon loaf, which was expired.very disappointed

This is an AMAZING STARBUCKS LOCATION. So if you are coming in from out in the street you scale down this long stair case. When you get inside the decorations and lighting are immaculate. There are all sorts of nice touches to the decor like rope works and tiling. The place is so fancy! The service here is okay as well.

I loved this place.. its very neatly maintained.. it's quite compared to other starbucks shops in the area..

Very nice secluded underground space. One of the largest outlets in Columbia. Good place to work or to catch up with a friend or business associate. Clean.

My bf went for happy hour and they said they don’t do bogo which is a straight up lie. Also, they don’t accept the stars. So, I would avoid this location and go to the vista one.

A beautiful location with wonderful staff and a great atmosphere! If your near the area I'd heavily recommend swinging in for good food and relaxation, service always seemed professional and courteous too!

Very cool space. Limited drink selection and perpetually broken Wifi though. Oh and they pointed out that since there’s Splenda on the bar there’s no reason for them to do their job and put in my $6 drink. Not a fan.
