This seems to be the only Starbucks in Westchester county that takes in excess of 10 minutes to get a single drink with next to no customers in the store. Half of the time the drinks aren’t made correctly and the guy manager has a garbage attitude. I will no longer come to this location

The worst Starbucks!!!!!!! These employees devalue the products we pay for, and the customer service experience. I can’t believe it is so hard to get a cup of their signature drinks right. You get milk instead of latte, they all have attitudes, and it’s always a long wait for the products that their employees cannot make right to save their lives. I will never spend a dollar in this Starbucks ever again! If it ain’t Ossining Starbucks I don’t want it. They don’t even deserve one star!

Consistently disappointing. They always mess up my mobile order (forget an espresso shot, add ice when I asked for no ice, make the wrong drink entirely, etc.). I try to pick up my drink quick so I can continue to work, but I often find I am still waiting a long time for them to make my drink when I get there, despite ordering well in advance. Basically, submitting a mobile order takes the same amount of time as waiting on the long line for their drive-thru or walking into the store and ordering it from the cashier. It seems like most of the folks who work there are still in high school, so I can cut them some slack, but I definitely avoid this Starbucks if I can, and I would advise anyone who's reading this to do the same.

I order a strawberry frap and git instead a caramel frap with strawberry syrup completely nasty apparently they don’t know what they’re doing.

Has a drive thru! They get it wrong sometimes (check before you leave) but the window staff is always cheerful and polite. (Can’t comment on the inside, never been)

I have stopped at this location multiple times when driving to the city. Yes, the location is convenient but it is, in my opinion, the WORST Starbucks location I have ever been to. I have experienced need very slow service in the drive-thru, unfriendly staff and today, a complete “miss” on a mobile order. I ordered ahead specifically knowing how bad and slow service can be here. I ordered coffee and a sous bites more than 10 min ahead of arriving. I got there only to find my coffee (lukewarm since I ordered so far ahead) but no sous bites. No one had a clue and I was in a hurry (thus trying to play it safe by mobile ordering) so I had to leave with no breakfast. To top it off I ordered an americano with extra room and my coffee cup was only 2/3 full. I order the exact same thing at two different Starbucks by me and never get it so empty. Had to ask for more water. I travel quite an it and have been to MANY Starbucks. This location will no longer get my business.

Bad customer service, I was in the store with two other people, had to wait ten minutes for one drink. They had me waiting so long for mobile orders that were not in the store. When you go to the store they don't have any protection such as hair nets and gloves and then to handle food is unsanitary. When I stop its because I have a long drive ahead and then to wait so li g for something that could've been done is ridiculous

If I could give a half star I would. Was asked to repeat my order 3 or 4 times on the drive thru. When I pulled up to the pickup/pay window the server explained that she did not appreciate my frustration as she could see me thru the camera. She had someone else take care of me & when I made a suggestion to let the customers know when they're having trouble hearing orders the new girl just responded that it's a customer service job and it's not easy. Not the best customer service, I've worked in this same field for over 25 years so I think I know good service and this place is the worst by far!!! Never again! Calling to file a complaint directly with Starbucks!!!

Now that the pick up App has become so popular this location and others focus on those customer , therefore the wait time for someone buying in the store is horrible.
