Used to be five stars. I've been going to this place since the first week it opened. And it was my favorite place on the Avenue. But after three strikes of bad experience--unkempt seating area and counters, rude management, and eternally unhappy baristas without manners--time to move on. Too bad really. Hopefully, things will turn around.

Typical Starbucks. Bathroom was dirty. Of course, the worst coffee on earth, so tea. Close them all. Starbucks hired great PR people to convince folks their horrible coffee was a good thing.

It’s an above-average Starbucks with a great staff, but I have to give it only three stars because sometimes the customers are insufferable. If you live in Greenwich you are probably used to it, but there is only so much I can take of women talking about setting up meetings with their interior designers to talk about new backsplashes for their huge kitchens. I suggest getting your drink and walking out before you start getting dizzy from the Botox fumes.

The reno is nice, but customer service is a little icy - there was a brew person on the register that was not as pleasantly greeting as the employees from 2 turnovers back. I've been coming to this Starbucks for years, but the atmosphere has changed somewhat.
