This is my favorite bucks to go to. Close to home great staff and even though my name is always on my order I feel like they know me now lol

Best coffee in town

They've been open for over 2 hours. I'm the only person in the store and they can't even have sugar free mocha made. I asked if I can wait and they tell me it's too long to make. No, your employees are lazy.

I did not appreciate the server making a statement of "I have Starbucks Autism" Autism is NOT a joking matter and I am a mother of a child with Autism.

Nothing really new to say here. Starbucks has taken the coffeehouse experience and instead decided to focus on service and emulating that feeling of being "taken care of". New menu items seem to focus more on the sizzle of ideas even if the product is..not even good? I look forward to the return of the pumpkin spice latte because it is popular for very deserved reason - they are fantastic.

Tim Horton's and Country Style have nothing to fear from competition with this cafe, however, you might be able to give William's Coffee Pub a run for their money. That would mean you would need to extend your hours of operation and have the menu expanded a bit. Putting a less bitter and milder choice of coffee on the menu wouldn't go astray in any case.

The salted caramel mocha is fantastic!!!

They are super nice here! Kind of a small place but it's not so bad. Had a drink made here last time and they said if I didn't like it to just come back and ask for another free of charge (I ordered matcha tea with the new rose tea or something - not a good combo).

Staff here are consistently polite and friendly even during the busiest of times. Store is always immaculate. Standard Starbucks fare (have never once had an order messed up). Sunrise Plaza is a nightmare to drive in but at least this location is near the entrance.

Love Starbucks, wish the prices were a bit better. Yet I have only been disappointed once with a drink they suggested to me.

Paid $4 for a coffee and waited 20 minutes for it. Need more staff!!!
