It's Starbucks! Need I say more? Friendly and helpful here. They strive to help.

Service is usually timely. Very friendly staff. Their hours are not properly posted. It says they are open until 9PM, but they close at 6PM normally. Lately they have been closing at 2PM. It says they are open 'til 9PM today which is false. If they are even open, they will close at 2PM.

I have been frequenting this location since relocating and typically place a mobile order during my routine morning walk to the shop. I have nothing but positive remarks for this location! The time estimates for orders are always met even sooner than estimated and they even made my order for me after I placed an order at the wrong location! To top it off, their attention to detail is superb! As the mobile app does not support ordering water by the cup, to the best of my knowledge, the barista Will without prompting already had my ice water ready with my mobile order! In a world where most only tend to leave reviews that focus on the negative, I am so happy to take a moment to drop a couple of lines for a store that is on it!

It was 4:45 - Drive thru sign said it was open. There was a line about 4 cars deep waiting for over 15 mins. When someone drove around building there was sign saying closed at 4:30pm. I would suggest putting the hours on the drive thru instead of just saying “open”. It’s very misleading.

Always pleasant and clean. This Starbucks is cozy and welcoming. I love taking walks with my pup here and sitting outside with a hot cup of joe.

Great service, lots of space and a gorgeous outdoor patio!

I'm a big fan of Starbucks and love the consistency I get at all locations across the world. This location, in particular, let me down. The manager is rude and the staff is unhelpful. Trash was overflowing and bathroom was not stocked, even though there were several times during the day when staff was just standing around. With so many Sbux locations in the area, I'll avoid this one in the future.

Got all the way back to my job and half the biscuit on my sandwich was missing. I don’t understand how it was prepared served and placed in a Togo bag and called ready for pick up when it was incomplete. This is unacceptable I would expect this from McDonald’s. I will be taking my business somewhere else very disappointed.
