Starbucks

I had a complaint that the coffee wasn't very hot, they apologized for it and made a fresh pot which was piping hot. They even gave me a 4 dollar gift card for my troubles. What cheap insurance this is so that you don't lose your customer base due to minor things that can sometimes turn off a customer quickly and have them going somewhere else. Hopefully this place will close in the near future for an interior/exterior renovation which will reflect well on the new apartments adjacent to it. I hope a future design will allow for a double door vestibule type of entry/exit that will prevent cold air from permeating the serving and seating area. I don't know how the help puts up with all that cold air making its way in at busy times of the morning when the temps are below 35F. Many other coffee shops have this double door vestibule entry/exit, in other words you pull on 2 doors to enter and push on 2 doors to exit which eliminates much of the cold air from entering the store proper. I am sure older adults like myself have marveled as to how chilly this place can get with the door opening 5 to 10 times a minute during prime time.

Super friendly and welcoming staff!!! Delicious drinks done just perfect!!! There one lady who works there, name Elena! She is amazing and she does the best coffee drinks !!!

This is one of my 2 closest *$. The only reason for 4 stars: Until September, they closest at noon.

I’ve always liked the people here but we had the best experience the other day. The baristas made my 4-year-old daughter feel like she was so important. So often our little ones get overlooked when they just want to be included. She walked out and literally said “wow they really love me!” How lovely is that? What a nice way to make people feel! Keep it up!

Am I the only one who has been denied service at this location because making a Frappuccino 50 minutes before closing will make too many dirty dishes?. The cashier (can't remember her name) was very nice and was trying to take my orden, when the only male in the store (late teens, early 20s) in a very rude way said that I couldn't have a Frappuccino because it will make too many dirty dishes. Maybe I ignore how many dishes are use in making a Frappuccino, but i believe that 50 minutes is enough time to get them clean. Even if it's policy, there are nicer ways to communicate things like this.

not only was my drink bad but when i asked the lady working there to give me my food (THAT I ORDERD 40 MINUTES PRIOR) she told me she could not help me and gave me mean looks. Thats wasted dollars down the drain and I am furious about that. I am a loyal customer and at least 20,000 dollars goes to you guys a year just from ME. So, i should be treated with respect! thank you for reading, have a nice day. (thank you starbucks for NOTHING, and i mean LITTERALY nothing bc you never gave me my food!)

Got a coffee after an event and it was air-conditioned and nice to sit down and enjoy a coffee

Starbucks and Cafe Nero duke it out in a endless dance of bloodshed and coffee beans. You can get front row seats to this battle as there is outdoor seating between them. Many people have tried to negotiate a cease fire but usually give up, or get distracted watching TikTok s on the open wifi.

It’s great but they really need one of those alphabetical organizers for the pick up drinks! Everyone touches the cups and turns them to look for their name, and it’s a big mess. They need one of those organizers other Starbucks stores have.
