Average size Starbucks with a few comfy seats and then some long tables and individual tables perfect for studying or other work. Just keep in mind the seating is limited due to so many students studying so try to keep that in the back of your mind. The baristas are very kind and seem to know their stuff. I honestly think other locations could learn from their positive attitudes and exemplary customer service. Definitely a location I would suggest to others.

When I tell you it’s all about the foam please understand it’s what makes a coffee as well as customer service !! Maisie did it!! She made my coffee great!!! If your a Starbucks lover like I am you try to keep the gd baristas I wish I could bring her everywhere to make my drink keep that smile and great customer!!💪ðŸ¾ðŸ’ªðŸ¾ðŸ’ªðŸ¾ðŸ’ªðŸ¾

As much as I think Starbucks does a good job at what they do, I wouldnt recommend THIS location. I've been in at 3 different times recently and the outcome has been the same. 1 cashier who doesn't know the POS system, 1 relatively new barista, and 2-3 crew members wiping down counters and restocking despite the line being 5-7 customers deep. I expect to wait longer for coffee during peak hours, but to wait nearly 8 minutes for a Cold Brew at 2pm is nuts.

Typical Starbucks and friendly staff. Best place to go for caffeinated beverages. Order ahead and skip all the lines. Little crowded even with new open concept design

This Starbucks is nothing out of the ordinary, but it is often crowded with students and the baristas seem to have no training.

I'm sure it's a one-off experience this time but I always brace for noise when I'm going to do a bit of work at a Starbucks as other customers can get quite loud when it is busy and this one is right in the heart of Boston University so plenty of students to contend with (kudos to the staff!) so it was with great disappointment that I had to suffer through the changing of the garbage bins that sounded more like the start of a war between the staff member and the metal cans. It was actually painful as I was sitting right at the window beside said garbage bins at the time.
