Line ups can get quite long during the weekend mornings, but the staff do an excellent job at keeping it moving. Ample seating indoors and outdoors.

This Starbucks makes my visit to universal worth every cent. It truly encapsulates what good customer service is all about. I highly recommend anyone walking by to step in, and witness the most premium customer service available in all of Florida.

Large and clean Starbucks with very friendly staff. Arturo was at the register and very friendly helpful and animated.There was no line but I'm sure at times they get packed so be ready. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Food and drinks.Will go back again :)

Always clean, which says something given the tremendous amount of traffic it receives as a Theme Park Starbucks. The staff there are quite accommodating and friendly as well. Scott helped educate me on the Starbucks app’s payment features. Solid Starbucks establishment.

Everyone is so nice! Arturo is the cashier and he is amazing :) So nice and great at making drinks!! I wish I would give more stars ✨✨

Princess was such a wonderful employee. She was so sweet and greeted us warmly. While I’ve never met her before, I think she deserves a raise! We tried to tip her but we aren’t allowed to at this location. Thanks Princess!
