The service is friendly and location great

Today I stopped by this Starbucks on Boylston street. I was greeted by the sweetest girl ever. Thank you Lisa for being awesome..keep smiling you made my day.

Good drinks. Location is very cramped. Good staff as well.

It's always very crowded here, with many people coming with after making web orders. They do the best they can. But the bottlenecks can get severe, especially if you are not one of the web order folks.

Love the coffee, deep & dark.

Good coffee with reasonably friendly baristas. There is an outside seating area that up even in Fall. Nice view of street foot traffic and/or place to rest. Bathroom is just ok.

The staff handles the busy mornings with ease, ensuring that you’ll get your coffee promptly after placing your order. I’d recommend mobile ordering if you’re visiting between 7-9am. Aside from a few seats outside, this is more of a grab and go Starbucks.

Great location...top notch staff. Great place to enjoy a Starbucks beverage...just be aware--no indoor seating

As always, Starbucks is fast and convenient. I've never had any issues in any of the locations (I travel frequently overseas)

I'm having bad experience on this place. About the 3rd time I went there on afternoon around 4-5 pm and the employees are talking between them, making funny, and about 2 times was friends of them who was there hang out in front the cashier participating of their conversation. And guests on the line waiting to be service. I had patience and I wait long time on the first and second time. But last time I just walked out, and another two guests did same. The girls who supposed to do drinks said she can't do anything because she waiting to get the tickets ordered. So :(

Awful. That sums it up.Like other others, I found the wait to be intolerable. There was one customer in front of me. She was someone who likes a lot of unnecessary attention and the young man behind the counter was happy to waste time with her rather than do his job.Good service is fast service; some people just don't get it.I waited about seven minutes for them to finish chatting and then he just walked away, leaving me standing there!When I walked out, he shouted, "Have a nice day."This is the fault of Starbucks. They expanded too fast and they have no management. The one in the Park Plaza Hotel is equally horrible.Time to clean house, Starbucks....starting with Mr. Have a Nice Day!"And while you're at it, clean the counters, tabletops, and floors, too. They're disgusting.
