The staff there work hard and they are always friendly.

Very busy, and a more than ten minute wait for coffee. The coffee is, however, good enough and the store seemed to have lots of space; just that wait was a little too long.

Great location withen Universal. You still can get the universal edition of we were here mugs here but I hear they are getting rid of them all soon.Waits can be long at peak Park hours so be wary. Other then that, staff are friendly, place is kept lean, and you can expect the Starbucks quality you are used to at this location.

Ridiculous service. Very unprofessional. The could not make my drink right, the had a hard time putting my order, and made my drink incorrectly

I have never seen a more ridiculous wait for a drinks and food. I’m sure it’s because there are so few places in Universal to grab a coffee and breakfast but surely they realize this and can up staffing? I have photos to post of the 25+ people waiting and the only 5 deep line of people ordering. Ugh. This was about 9am on Monday morning. SO glad I only ordered a drop coffee. I wanted food, too, but I didn’t want to wait an hour!

Elizabeth at USF location was absolutely amazing! So sweet and personable and really helped me in a semi emergency and I really really appreciate her! Please send her my regards on being a great employee and helping me in a time of need!!!

Every time we visit this Starbucks the staff is kind and the service efficient.

Tried to order a "Caramel Frappuccino® Light Blended Beverage" right off the Starbucks website and andcashier named "Kikey" rudely told me that "I don't know what that is. We ain't got nothing light caramel." Might need a little more training and cheer.

Friendly staff, clean, but ordered extra hot 180° mocha but just barely warm...

Only had one roast. No bold or blonde roast. This is suppose to be a coffee shop!

The best starbucks i've been to. And i've only been to one starbucks, and it was this one

They leave the milk out and the drink they gave me was literally sour. I asked them to remake it and to not use the half and half that had been sitting out for god knows how long. The lady went into the back and came back without anything in her hands (I assume they were out of half and half) and proceeded to whisper something to the barista. I suspect they strained the exact same drink because the second one tasted identical. I am so over Starbucks and their lousy service and antics like this.
