The order was ready very quickly. I was pleasantly surprised. Walmart can be a nightmare using the online ordering/counter pickup. This was the first time trying it at Target. I don't plan on walking further than the service desk from now if I can help it . They may get some of my Amazon business.. some ....

Extremely dissatisfied. I was sold a smart TV, floor model. I was told I'd get the remote, paperwork and all associated things the TV comes with. When I arrived to pick it up, I was told the remote was lost and not included, I'd need to buy a universal remote. I was told which one would be compatible w my TV. The TV did not have the mounting bolts as you kept them so I had to run to Lowes to try to figure out the size (paperwork not included). Then when I got it mounted the remote was not compatible other than to power off/on. I live an hour away and have spent over 3 hours trying to get this to work. Extremely dissatisfied. How can you sell a smart TV without the remote, they don't function without one. Losers.

REVIEW: Target Drive-Up ServiceTwo words. Life ChangingAll you have to do is download the app and search for the items you want. It lets you get wicked detailed by selecting the exact brand/qty/style you want. Added Bonus: It automatically shows you if any manufacturer coupons apply (which you normally wouldn't look for)Checkout and done. Usually within 40 mins you get a notification your order is ready, you simply let them know you are outside at the designated drive up area, and they come out right to you and put it in your car!!!Today was 31°; I love a Target walkthrough more then anyone, but this FREE SERVICE was clutch today!#LongLiveTarget

Target has so many different things I need. The prices are much better than the drugstore that's right down the street from me, so I'll try to wait until I need several things and make the trip to Target (it's not far, but it's not down the street either). I also find it to have a more pleasant atmosphere than some other similar stores and the employees are helpful.

I barely shop at this store because there 'expect more pay less' motto doesn't ever save me money say a kids pack of underwear a 3 pack for 8 bucs when Walmart sells 8 pack for the same price yes same brand same stile same size and tnot just that many other things.Also some items are not always in stock and have to go another store every store should keep all items in stock!!

Jim was the most helpful person. I wanted a very heavy piece of furniture and he assisted me in getting it up to the register and putting it in my car. I was very impressed with him because he was very fast and went the extra mile to make me happy. I will go back to that store all the time now.

I made an order on line on12/29, I went on 1/8/19 my orders was there. I called 1/12/19 and asked for an update. Since online it said my order would be ready for pickup on 1/8/19. When I called and ask for an update on the item that was not there, the manager was so rude to tell me that they don’t have that order it was sold out and he cancelled the other part of my order without my knowledge because I said that communication was important when you are dealing with customer. I also said how disappointed I am in the way this order was handled. I have proof of everything.
