The employees at the Maple Ave Starbucks of Zanesville,Ohio do not know how to load money on a phone app and then use a gift card and the phone to pay for purchase w/o billing customer more than the original money to be added to phone app and then tell customer that it will take 5 days to get refund. Will not make any more purchases at this store

Nice coffee blends but it's still coffee! Kind of expensive for flavored coffee. Long wait in line, took 25 min. to get a cup.

It's Starbucks coffee do I need to say anything more, they are always good! The ultra Carmel is my favorite and my so go to, it's got the coffee infused whipped cream as it's base and a bit on top and yum yum with extrashot of Expresso and it's the perfect combo to jump start any morning!

the staff the morning were more than helpful when I needed my drink fixed and were so friendly! Hands dow the best service I have ever gotten from any Starbucks (I am a traveler and I stop at ever one I come across) those woman are doing a FANTASTIC job and I couldn’t be happier with my visit this morning!

My recent Starbucks trip was very disappointing due to being told I am unable to get my beverage prepared th exact same way that it's been prepared two times previously. I want to give a shout out to the employees that previously took care of me and say THANK YOU for good customer service!! I understand making these beverages with special request can be a pain. I love coming here and being able to have different options but just because you have a line doesn't give you the right to tell me I can't have my drink made the exact same way I've had it all week.

Starbucks in Zanesville is one of the best Starbucks I've been to. We enjoy the friendly staff and their recommendations on new drinks. My wife and I enjoy sitting together and talking so the home feel is nice.
