The best starbucks I ever been too staff is very hard working and made my very specific coffee perfect thank you

Usually, my experience at this Starbucks is very pleasant since my wife and I go everyday. Today we made a second trip after the gym. I had a stamped/reward card that was filled and entitled me to a free coffee. The card was issued by the company that owns this franchise and several others in the MB ARea. The sales associate was rude and refused to honor the card...even though the stores name AND address was printed on the card. He even called his BOSS, but she too refused. I have been a regular customer for many years at several of these establishments...especially this one. But if I...a regular customer...is treated this way, I wonder how this young man treats others.This kind of service is NOT good for business. There are plenty of Starbucks and coffee shops nearby not owned by the folks who own this Starbucks and several others on the Grand Strand. Look for one.

Worst Starbucks experience ever!Walked in, stood at the counter. No one in line. 2 people working. Not acknowledged. Finally, one said hi and continued whatever she. was doing. I walked out.

It's Starbucks what is there to say. The ace is clean, staff friendly. The place is amazing. Every day, in my break during work, I visit this place and have their coffee. I couldn't survive my work without their coffee.

Always great...food & the workers. A place to relax.

The employee's are really nice here! Very nice store with a couch and lots if seating. They also have plenty of outdoor seating as well. Unfortunately they don't do pour overs of different coffee's at this location. It's coveintely located across the street from the hotel.

I always get rhe same thing every time i go but every time i go it's a different price for the same size same thing i just don't understand is it cheaper of the morning and more in the afternoon cause sometimes i buy 2 like i did today and the first one was 6.05 the second was 6.80 and my husband buys a large and his is less than 7.00

Very nice staff, greeted us when we walked in the door with big smiles. Interior and exterior of shop very nice with lots of seating and space.

Amazing place, always a pleasure to be here. The staff are so lovely and go above and beyond any partner I have met. I love it.

So, this location is great, and the space is huge. There's tons of room to spread out, work, socialize, etc. It's by far one of the largest Starbucks I've ever seen and really comfortable all around. The only drawback to this location is parking. Everything around is permitted hotel guest parking or metered parking. The metered parking is a bit on the expensive side. There's 15-minute grab and go parking but only a couple of spaces for what is a really large location. That was really frustrating, and even the staff voiced their frustration about it when I asked them about parking options. This location has great outdoor seating as well which is perfect for being on the Boulevard.

Employee locked doors in front of us, saying “sorry we’re closed” with an hour left till closing 😡

Starbucks coffee is always consistent with taste so it was good but ordered cold brew that's already made but yet 6 or more people behind us got Blended frappes and Specialty drinks before us. Seriously? Very dissapointed.

I left my purse behind. The manager, Amy, went out of her way to find me on Facebook and let me know she had it safely tucked away.
