The longer I come here the more I fall in love with the location and that is mostly because of Shane! He is so incredibly kind! I have a very hectic, emotional job and every time I come in after my shift Shane helps me smile! It is so nice to know that people still believe in loving their jobs and being better for the customers. He always finds time to ask how I am and if I say I’m having a rough day he always has a response to make it better. THE ENERGY IS PRICELESS!!

I'm a chauffeur, my person, in the vehicle asked to stop. He seemed pleased.

The SBUX on Providence is fantastic-great service and speedy, even when slammed. Drive the extra .5 mile to visit this location vs. the set up in the tiny Teeter down the street.

Friendliest weekday and weekend staff at any Starbucks in the area. The staff remembers not just your face but also your name and what you enjoy ordering. Parking can sometimes be a challenge, but if you time your visit, it's not a serious problem.

My order was correct, but I ordered on my phone and when I got there (about 8 minutes later) I still had to wait a significant amount of time for it to be made. I heard one of the baristas say he wasn't present when they trained on how to make it.

Great service plus recently they accidentaly forgot to ask me what size I had wanted for a drink. He realized it as he was ringing me up when I said I wanted the large size he told me that he had charged me for a small and then while he was telling me what happened he reached for the large sized cup. That was really great customer service, will have to come back more often!

Absolutely love this store. Every time I go in there in the mornings before work everyone is friendly and says good morning. But I've fallen in love with this store even more because of Alan who takes my order 95% of the time when I go and he knows BOTH drink orders and knows me by name. The whole team is awesome and when I go to other stores if I'm not near this one it's just not the same. Thank y'all so much for making my mornings so great!!

Great and convenient for grabbing a frappo on the way to drop your kids off to school. Early morning shenanigans 😉
